This home was exceptionally clean and spacious. Plenty of comfortable seating both in the living room and dining room. Beds were comfortable, host was extremely responsive, and the view was spectacular. We would love to return to this beautiful home.

Wedding Stay

Beautiful setting. Great views of lake. Wonderful modern kitchen great appliances. Beds very comfortable. Nice shower in MB. Great property!

The AC was broken all through our stay.The water also had to be shut off for repairs. It felt like we were constantly being bothered. Not worth the amount paid. They did refund the standard fee. The host lives on the first floor which did not give you the privacy feeling.

Beautiful home and great hosts!

The home was very spacious and great for hosting group. Everything was well taken care and modern. Jason, the owner of the home, was very warm in welcoming us, and he even built us a campfire! We loved the hot tub too. We would greatly recommend this home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for relaxing, and the views of the lake were stunning—especially at sunrise and sunset.The host was excellent—clear communication, easy check-in, and very responsive. You can tell a lot of care goes into this property, and it really shows.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable escape.

Winter stay

This stay was amazing! The location was great only 40 minutes from airport and 8 minutes from all stores! Amazing house, loved the bedding, and all new renovated house. Owner lives in basement and he was nice as well as super accommodating and helpful with all his outdoor activities. Didn’t rush you on check in times or check out rules.

Everything was wonderful. The place was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplaces. Jason the host was perfect. He gave us plenty of space and yet totally available if needed. Offering suggestions about what to do and even gave us a boat ride around the lake. The view is outstanding! It truly was an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for sharing your home.

We were blown away by the amazing views from this lake-side property. The home itself is even better than advertised, which is always wonderful to find. The kitchen was amazing - wish we had the chance to dine in more and take advantage of all it had to offer. Our grandkids loved the bunk room with the toy closet, and my husband and I loved the super luxurious primary bathroom. We also really enjoyed getting to know the owners who live in the downstairs unit. Jason went above and beyond to welcome and accommodate our group and to share his detailed knowledge of the history of the Lake Sawyer area. We look forward to staying again! And again!

Lake Sawyer Rental for Family

Our stay at this lakefront home was absolutely amazing. The house and property were perfect for our family of 5. The house was very clean and welcoming, just as shown in the pictures. The lake area was fantastic for kayaking, paddle boarding, and enjoying the beautiful view. Jason and Jeanette were very friendly and helpful in us getting to know and enjoy the area. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would love another trip and stay in their home in the future. Thank you for making our stay and time in the Seattle area so special and memorable!!

Spectacular

The pictures do not provide an accurate description of this property. It is so peaceful, clean, close to everything but far enough to enjoy quiet. I only wish I had more time there. The owners have put much thought and care into all the details. High quality kitchen appliances, utensils, coffee maker, etc. Beds are comfy. Furniture is clean, comfortable. Master bedroom/bathroom is quite lovely with the private deck.The property is great. Jason and Jeanette are kind and have worked hard to provide a great experience. I could go on and on, but instead, I encourage you to find out for yourself. 10/10 recommend and would love to return.

This property and hosts are exceptional. As wonderful as the description and pictures are, the reality exceeds expectations. You would have to work very hard to find something not provided and some detail not attended to. The kitchen has every high quality appliance and accessory you could possibly need. Never have we visited a property with a KitchenAid, a Tiger rice cooker, a wok, a casual and a fancy set of dishes, every size mixing bowl, every serving dish or platter required. The A/C and bath heated floors are all preset to very comfortable levels and you're not fumbling around to figure things out. The variety of items provided for young kids should take a lot of packing away from parents. Bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. Primary bath is awesome. No list of checkout requirements to keep you busy on checkout. A couple of minimal requests that we found easy to accommodate and would have done anyway. Everything is comfortable and beautiful. The outdoor living and view are picture perfect. Our family very much enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding and hours on end in the lake and jumping off the dock. Our three generations group all agree this was our best vacation ever and we all want to return. The hosts, Jason and Jenn, being onsite is absolutely a plus. Just great folks that are a true pleasure. Them sharing such a piece of paradise is quite a bright spot.

Beautiful modern home with extremely comfortable beds and gorgeous bathrooms. Views from almost every room looking out to a storybook lake setting. A lot of water activities available and a beautiful clean hot tub with a view. Fire pits, covered gazebo, lots of outdoor/indoor dining, HUGE kitchen with everything you need. Friendly hosts available to help with anything and to give advice for local activities. We had a blast. Highly recommend. Stunning location.
