It was such a pleasure to have your two families stay at our beautiful Edgewater lake front home during spring break, Yes the layout and size of home is perfect for 10 guests/. We hope come during the summer so you can enjoy the lake ( we have a new dock and a kayak and a canoe for you to enjoy).We know you enjoyed the abundance of snow for skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, and the kids tall snow man was great until he began to melt!!! . Thanks so much yes this Lake front home is the perfect location for lots of activities, with the 4 bedrooms there is plenty of room for a group of 8 to 10, the covered back deck with the BBQ grill, patio furnishings and the mountain and lake views is the spectacular setting for anytime of year, we would love to have your group here in the summer so you may enjoy the fishing dock and take out the 2 kayacks provided for our guests. Thanks so much, I will talk with the housekeepers to pay better attention and get the cobwebs etc. .If there is ever an issue always let me know r and we will get it taken care of right away. We want you to have a great vacation We are scheduled for a deep clean mid August, being on the Lake brings the spiders to the window screen and landscaping we try to spray to keep them at bay but we are very careful about not spraying while guests are there.
