Unique and lovely lake home in the heart of Pagosa Lakes area. Lots of trees, lush lawn and cattails + the covered deck, you feel secluded even in a neighborhood. When walking in, you are in a high vaulted ceiling, open concept room. Looking straight to the lake out back and the dock.
Exit to either side of the home to the rooms and bathrooms hosts a unique and simple layout. Brand new carpet and custom hardwood floors!

We had an amazing stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and the host was friendly and responsive. Everything we needed was there, which made our trip relaxing and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had such a wonderful spring break with family and friends in this wonderful home. We enjoy cooking “at home” when we travel and the kitchen was well stocked with everything from pots/pans to spices and containers for leftovers. Dishes included melamine for the kids, the highchair came in handy for the 2-year-old, and we didn’t need it but saw a pack-&-play in the primary closet. Beautiful home with an incredible view of the lake - we thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun rise over the water and enjoying relaxing evenings on the patio. Megan (host) was very responsive throughout our stay whenever questions arose. We hope to visit again next year!

Like family prepared for our visit!

Great room/ kitchen overlooking sunrise and the private dock. Not only fishing from dock but also from the kayaks provided. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy. Close drive to many attractions. Family of 7, all adults, thoroughly enjoyed our vacation Would highly recommend.

A great stay....

We had a wonderful few days at your property. We enjoyed the views from the back deck and the use of the kayaks. The location of the house makes it easy to get to San Juan National Forest for a day of exploring and hiking.

yes this is a beautiful home with many ameneties, the dock along the lake for fishing, kayaking, paddle boating and boarding, and watching the HOT AIR BALLOONS take off each morning, watching the wildlife and the views areenmt so bad either... the HOT TUB is always a favorite for the guests, and of course the home theater/ game room where the family can gather. looking forward to hearing back from you for your next Pagosa Springs adventure. remember contact me for your repeat customer discount. It was such a pleasure to have your two families stay at our beautiful Edgewater lake front home during spring break, Yes the layout and size of home is perfect for 10 guests/. wonderful views

Property was clean and the porch overlooking the lake was fantastic. Grandkid did a lot of kayaking. Convenient to town for food and restaurants.

Lake front home

looking forward to having your family back to enjoy our beautiful home that backs to the lake, the location near all amenities, the national forest for hiking, biking etc.. next time come in the winter for skiing, boarding,snow mobiling, ice skating, fishing and of course to enjoy the World Class HOT SPRINGS down town along the river. Great Location

We had everything we needed at this location. The fireplace was out and Megan replied quickly but had to make an appointment a week out just to have the pilot light re-lighted. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of dishes and cookware.

Spacious home with amazing views

This place was awesome with all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy our trip. We were comfortable and the kitchen and living room are set up where no one was ever in the way. We will come back!

Beautiful house!

House was absolutely beautiful. Sits right on a lake, exactly as pictured. Perfect size for our group of 10. Was about a 45 minute drive to Wolf Creek to ski. Very close to grocery store and a couple of great restaurants.

Pagosa Lake House

This was a wonderful place for our family. Plenty of stuff to do for all the different age groups we had. Caught trout on the lake. Snow sledded in the backyard. Skiing, snowmobiles, sleigh rides all within a short drive. Will definitely stay there again

Thanks so much yes this Lake front home is the perfect location for lots of activities, with the 4 bedrooms there is plenty of room for a group of 8 to 10, the covered back deck with the BBQ grill, patio furnishings and the mountain and lake views is the spectacular setting for anytime of year, we would love to have your group here in the summer so you may enjoy the fishing dock and take out the 2 kayacks provided for our guests. The house is wonderful and the view of the lake and mountains is priceless! Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay. My only concern is the cleanliness of the facility. When we arrived the house was not cleaned after the last guest. There are multiple Items that were broken and a small mouse was in the cabinets. The doors and windows were not clean. I don’t know if this is a problem with the management team, lack of labor in the area or the owner.

Absolutely perfect house and vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren. The house was just perfect, well stocked and close to town. Watching the sun rise over the lake was beautiful. Fishing off the dock (we caught six large trout in one day) was excellent. Everyone agreed that we need to come back next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Christmas get away

The space in the house was great however the gas fireplace was not working and the house was very cold making the trip unpleasant. Some minor upgrades (toilet seat in master bathroom and towels) would make the residence more appealing in the future.

We love Pagosa Springs. One of our favorite pastimes is sitting on the deck in the evening and seeing ducks and geese swimming, the fish jumping and hearing the sounds of the lake.
