The Most amazing and unforgettable site will be your view from the rooftop terrace and it's infinity pool. Either you're inviting friends over or just enjoying yourself in the sun and watching the endless turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean!!!
The master bedroom and the living room are offering priceless views to the Caribbean sea and its amazing range of colors off the balcony.
While from the balcony of the second bedroom you are able to enjoy an unforgettable sunset view.

The kitchen is fully fitted for those that wish to cook their own meals, or enjoy a morning coffee. There is a washing machine and a dryer inside the unit that you can use.

The property is equipped with Wifi throughout the Condo, stylish furniture, modern appliances, underground car parking reached by an elevator in front of your door, air conditioning and great showers. Everything you need under one roof!

The master bedroom includes a king sized bed, and jacuzzi. If you're an early bird you can see the sunrise from the balcony of the master bedroom.

The second bedroom features two double beds, and a balcony with beautiful sunset view.

The living room has a dinning table that fits up to 6 people easily, the balcony offers space enough for a breakfast while enjoying the sunrise. A Smart TV with Netflix access included makes the evening at home entertaining.

During the day, lounge by your choice of 3 different swimming pools. Just stretch out and let the sun recharge, it’s paradise.

The only thing that I didn’t liked is that the maintenance guy was very rude! My dad wasn’t feeling good so we decided to let him get some rest and we went to the pool and he went to knock on the door very rude and told my dad that we were throwing water from upstairs when first of all we were taking the sun so there was no one in the pool yet. Also the elevator wasn’t working at all the first day so we had to carry the luggage’s up

Wonderful trip to Mexico

We stayed in this rental for 3 nights in March. The location was great. It was not in the downtown area and was a little more secluded which was nice. We had a bit of a 'bad' check-in. We arrived at 4 pm on our check in day and we still had not heard from our rental property regarding how to enter our unit. We finally found a phone number and called. The unit was still being cleaned and was not ready for check in until 6 pm. After a long day of travel this was disappointing. The owner was apologetic and offered us a late check out on the tail end of our trip. The rest of our stay was great. The little restaurant was lovely. The pool was FREEZING and we were unable to swim. We didn't really use the rooftop pool. It was windy and a strange set up so we stayed away. I think all in all while it was a great trip I think there is better rental properties on this island for the price. (My daughter and her family stayed nearby us for the same price and had a beautiful house with a heated pool and tons of privacy). Would I stay again? No. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A little piece of paradise

The master bedroom and the living room both overlook the ocean, so you are never far from the soothing sounds of waves hitting the beach. The condo is big, with lots of room to move around, play, cook, and relax. The kids had their own space and loved having a TV in their room. The restaurant downstairs had live music every evening that rose up to our windows and added to the relaxed feel of the place. Being south of the main business district, it is quiet except for traffic, and there is a lovely walking path that runs for a couple of miles right outside the building. The pools were too cold for swimming when we went (Jan), but we still enjoyed laying in the sun, putting my feet in the water, and soaking up the views. Johann was always available and quick to respond whenever we had questions. I look forward to coming back to this wonderful place!

Beautiful Unit and Super Well Maintained Property

The place was super spacious and looked just like the description. It was super clean well appointed with comfortable bedding and furniture. The location is well away from the hustle of the North Beach downtown area. Which can be a good thing or bad depending on what you are looking for. Its geographical location in the center of the island is a plus in that you never have to go very far to get anywhere, although traveling by foot power would be very difficult as most everything is a mile and a half away from the condo. You will definitely need transportation to get anywhere. Taxis can take a while and the bus service does not go by the condo. The main and preferred mode of transportation is by golf cart which is super fun and puts you always out in the fresh open air. They run about 75-90 US dollars a day. There is a restaurant/sports bar on property which has nightly very chill live evening music. The road in front of the condo is super busy most of the day and late into the evening and nosey when you have the balcony sliders open. We had to shut the sliders to watch TV and sleep at night. The master bedroom side windows do not have window coverings so it stayed a bit bright during the night. This did not bottler us at all because we always travel with ear plugs and eye masks. The host Johann was on island and we happened to run into him. He is great and very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the property.

We had a great time staying at this property… the host was friendly and available to answer any questions we had. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our ten day stay, from laundry/dryer to cooking supplies. It was also clean and had great air conditioning. I highly recommend staying here for the perfect getaway trip to the beautiful Isla Mujeres THANK YOU

Amazing trip

Condo was amazing and the view of the ocean was beautiful! Wish the air conditioning in Master room worked a little better. Seemed warm in there the whole trip. But definitely would recommend condo to friends and family!

Even though we spent our vacation in the middle of a tropical depression, our stay was wonderful. The property had everything that we needed, including access to our Netflix account on the television during those rainy days. The condo was very clean, And well appointed. I enjoyed use of the oversize Jacuzzi tub when it was raining and there was nothing else to do. I imagine that the rooftop pool would’ve been excellent on a very hot sunny day. The host was also excellent, very responsive with any of our needs. If we make our way back, we would definitely choose to stay at this property again!

Isla Paradise

This was our 5th or 6th visit to Isla. Was by far the easiest to check in. Centrally located it was the perfect place for us!!! I look forward to our next visit and stay at Isla 33. Our host Johan was there for all our needs.

This place is gorgeous! It was perfect for my family of 4, even my young adult children were impressed! The view was just perfect and Johan was easy to communicate with and very helpful, responded very quickly. I really can’t say enough great things about it, would definitely recommend!

Excellent Lodging & Host

We had stayed at this property in the past. (But in another unit). The apartment met all of our expectations: it was spacious, clean, well-furnished & an excellent kitchen. Our host, Johan, was most accommodating & very personable. We all agreed that if we return to Isla Mujeres, we will stay here again.
