Beautiful private gated 2 bedroom home with pool, terraces and ample parking.

Breathtaking views in all directions can be enjoyed from the rooftop terrace of our beautiful home in Mexico. Our property is located on the Caribbean side of the island along the airport road, the villa is across the road from the ocean and is about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute Taxi ride to downtown.
We have a spacious gated property with automatic gate, ample parking and landscaped gardens.
The swimming pool with lighted water fall wall and lounge chairs is just off the first floor terrace.
The house has a first floor terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dinning, second floor terrace accessible from both bedrooms and a rooftop for enjoying the views.
The house also has a well furnished living room with 52" cable TV, internet, chairs and sectional with recliners, a well equipped kitchen with refrigerator, Microwave, stove and oven and a dining area with table and chairs. There are ceiling fans and Air Conditioning in main living area.
We have two bedrooms with private baths, queen size beds, cable TV, internet, Ceiling fans and air conditioning. We also have an air mattress for additional guest that can be set up in the bedrooms or the living room.

Great property at a great location

This house was better than we expected. We actually spent a lot of time on the 3rd floor. The views were incredible from up there. The amenities were more than adequate. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well furnished with all you would need. And the swimming pool was perfect for relaxing and working on a tan. There are plenty of very good restaurants on the island and a very fine supermarket if you prefer to do a little cooking.There are also a few iguanas that will keep you entertained. We were there 2 weeks and that didn’t seem like enough. We will definitely come back here again.

Great place to stay! Felt super safe entire stay no troubles whatsoever!! Can walk to downtown or take short taxi ride, same for grocery store. Good location on island thanks so much for sharing your home!!!

Very Comfortable

The house was really comfortable and the pool was a must have! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only minor negative was traffic noise from street but really nice to have concrete fence and gated area.

Great get away

We have been to the island multiple times this was the first time we have stayed. We absolutely enjoyed this home it was everything as described. The location is great we had a golf cart the entire time. The house has everything you will need all you have to do is go to the Walmart to stock up. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Great Property

I ended up liking this property more than I thought I would. It’s not far from the town center. It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils. The living room is very comfortable. The patio and pool are laid out well. This is a very nice place to stay, and the price is very reasonable.

Paradise

This was our third time staying at Villa De Paz Isla. We choose to stay here as it is a beautiful private property (inside and out) and is in a great location mid island. We throughly enjoyed our 2 weeks. The pool is so refreshing and we enjoyed our daily visits from the little iguana family living on the property. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us once again!

September 2022 Stay

Great House, great location. The house was perfect for our group of 4. Loved lounging by pool after a beach day in the evening. Sitting outside was nice to play cards and enjoy cocktails. Kitchen was nice to cook a quick breakfast! You will not be disappointed…we will be back.

Incredibly beautiful!

This place was a paradise inside a paradise! We loved the privacy and the beautiful pool! We got in the pool every single day! It was super clean, and very well equipped! I would look around sometimes and literally think I was in a dream. I can't imagine a better house to spend our 10th anniversary in!

Paradise!

We said we would be back and so happy to have spent a little longer this year. Our 10 days were absolutely amazing. Villa De Paz has everything you need as soon as you enter the property. The property grounds are beautiful, the pool is very refreshing and a great place to hang out for the day. House decor and rooms are very comfortable. A little piece of paradise. Thank you Ed and Cindy for sharing your little piece of with us again this year. We will be back!

Outstanding

We so enjoyed our stay at Villa De Paz. A beautifully decorated home with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay, to include Netflix that we enjoyed a few times at the end of some busy days. We spent time on the terrace and were able to witness a parade. It was awesome. We rented a golf cart and easily were able to spend time at both ends of the island. I highly recommend. Accommodating and prompt response when inquiring about check in and out.

Has a wonderful visit on Isla staying here! Alex greeted us was available if we needed anything. The house had all the amenities that you would need. We had trouble getting hot water in the kitchen and for showers and the water pressure wasn’t the best. The property was clean.

Perfect location to explore the island

We can’t say enough good things about the property, everything was as pictured/described. Communication with owners & property management was flawless. We would absolutely stay here again. Great private beaches near by where we walked with our coffee in the am (not swimsbke but incredibly peaceful & beautiful). Plenty of room to safely park one or more golf carts, a must if you truly want to explore the whole island & not just downtown. Convenience store less than 100 yards down the road for essentials & a big Walmart type store 5mins away by cart. Can’t say enough good things. AC worked. Mattresses a little soft/old but for 4 nights my back was fine. Rooftop deck was an amazing way to unwind at night.

Very nice place to stay

We loved the house. The pictures do make it look larger than it really is. We enjoyed the pool so much and loved it was cleaned twice a day by the pool guy. The air worked great as it was so hot out. The only thing we wished was the beds were bigger with better blankets. We also got a little freaked out the last night as we saw a lizard running around the walls in our room. I dont do well with animals/bugs where I sleep. It would be really nice if the house owned a golf cart and included it as an optional rental and include the price in the rent. We had to return our cart the night before we left cuz the rental co wasn't open when we left the next morning so we went without transpo the whole evening. Overall loved the property and would stay again.

What a perfect House!

My husband and I have been coming to Isla Mujeres for ten years! We always stay at the North end of the Island but this time decided to stay Mid island! I must say that this house was the perfect location and distance to the North end. It is a very short golf cart ride to downtown!! The grounds are amazing, theres is a pool that we used three times a day! The rooftop has the best view of the ocean! The owners have thought of everything! They have a cooler to use, beach towels, board games, even sunscreen! I cant thank the owners enough for allowing us to spend such lovely 7 days in their home!! Villa De Paz is the rental we are going to use from now on when on the island!!

Amazing!

Wow! We had an amazing stay at Villa De Paz Isla! This house is a gem -Ed and Cindy you have thought of everything to make your guests feel at home. Check-in with Luis was great. He was very knowledgeable about the house and answered all of our questions. The location of the house is perfect -close to downtown and/ Punta sur. The pool was great to help cool off throughout the day. Beds were comfort and rooms/house were nicely decorated. And the views from the two patios were amazing. We had plenty of room to park our golf cart in the driveway. Unfortunately we lost a day due to flight cancellations and just sad that we couldn’t stay longer! We will definitely be back to stay!!

Great Place.

Awesome house in middle if island. Very convenient location. Had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Rain made things interesting but Damm that poseidon! Poop was so refreshing after a hot day on the beach. Top deck was perfect to end our night with a adult liquid refreshment. Netflix very helpful for two young adults. Felt safe with gate, and heavy-duty locks. Just book. You won't regret it.

Cute house, perfect for 4 adults!

My husband and I loved the house! We stayed for 5 nights with another couple, and it was the perfect size for us! The house was clean, and they’re were a lot of extra things for us to use, like beach towels, kitchen items for cooking, and 3 huge jugs of water, which made our stay that much better. I highly recommend, and hopefully we’ll be back for another visit!
