Come see why this 5th Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor where you can park on the same floor as the condo! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 70” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 60" SMART TV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master and two Queen beds in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family Beach Trip

We loved SO much about our stay. The location is great--close to great seafood restaurants and grocery stores. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, enjoying the breeze, the sound of the waves, and that view!!! Beds were comfortable, and furniture was too. Kitchen was very well supplied with pots and pans, utensils, etc. The condo was spacious and perfect for our group of 8 adults a baby. Parking on the same level (5th floor) was awesome too. The only negative thing we noticed was that the cleaning crew needs to step up their work. The bottoms of our feet were totally black from the get go, so we resorted to wearing shoes all the time. We noted that the floors did not LOOK dirty, but they definitely were. *When we lost something, we had to look under furniture and move the coffee table. Both were nasty underneath. We loved so much about our experience, but were disappointed by the cleanliness. Also, a few more hangers would be nice.

The location was perfect, with easy parking and the convenience of walking right up to the condo. We also appreciated that the trash disposal was located right outside our door. The condo itself was very quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. The lazy river was a highlight and added so much to our stay. Overall, the condo was in excellent condition, very comfortable, and had everything we needed.We did notice that the range hood and light weren’t working and that one of the beaded footrests was leaking filling onto the floor. These were very minor issues that didn’t affect our enjoyment, so we didn’t feel the need to report them during our stay.The only suggestions we have would be for a deeper clean in a few areas. We noticed some dust buildup in the bathrooms and bedroom closets, hair around the base of the sink, and food particles in the cushions of the living room chairs. We understand the property is cleaned quickly between guests, but a deeper cleaning and a little maintenance to the range hood would make this condo even better.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. We highly recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay!

It is clean, well stocked with anything you would need and just beautiful. We rented this for our family vacation. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We also loved the location. Parking is on the same floor and this particular unit is on the corner, so zero noise or traffic near you. Also, I spoke with Michael throughout my reservations and he was so helpful. He answered my text and any questions I had almost immediately. Super helpful and super friendly. We would definitely rent this condo again!!! Ohhh, and the balcony is so big and nice!! Your view is perfect!!!!
