The place “looks” how the listing presents itself to be Check in process- it’s a code system to get into main gate then press an inside button and main gate will open so you can park By end of stay- over the course of our stay it stopped working and your literally locked out until caretaker come to open I use the word caretaker lightly Lock to get into unit now is a “smart” lock this was a major concern it stopped working after day 1 kept jamming and after back forth with owner who was not pleasant the room cleaners did assist with owner on phone who realize it was not us it’s the lock then provided a key that we had to use for one of the rooms to enter thru which was annoying but we managed. The Unit itself when you enter is clean looking The main bathroom from living room pipe started to leak under sink maintenance guy came looked did nothing but said it was fixed Master bedroom—- you know when water sits and that sewage smell that’s how this room smells it comes from the shower and bathroom These drains need to be cleaned or this smell will never go away that continued for whole stay. The fan in master bedroom noisy and shakes. None of the windows or door have a screen so you can’t really open freely as mosquitos come in This place is a good rental but only temporary quick fixes and will always have this issue There is no where to hang anything towels while you shower, if you want to hang jackets. The term luxury shouldn’t be used here. Needs a toilet paper holder.
