The property is spotlessly clean. It’s a great location , you can walk to restaurants, bars, beach, and shopping. The pool is wonderful and there is free parking

Pelican Point has a retro look on the outside, but the rooms have been updated & are kept clean. The office staff were super friendly & helpful with suggestions & directions; there’s maid service as well. They’re the perfect size for 1-4 people & it was the perfect spot for our girls trip of 3. It’s within walking distance to everything & there are many great restaurants nearby. It also has close & easy access to the beach. We would absolutely stay there again!

Will stay here again

The room had a lot more amenities than listed. The room offered an umbrella, chairs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. Very clean. We will be staying in this exact room again in the future. Pool and pool area was nice and very clean.

Ok Accommodations

The property is not nice. The pool is nice though. There’s nothing available in terms of amenities. No lounge, no bars, nothing. The room service is for clean towels and empty garbage only. Sand was all over the floor as we entered. Bathroom is tiny with no sink or window and is not updated with a small, tight space toilet. The dolly had to be brought over the curb with no ramps. The whole place needs a huge face-lift.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Stephanie. We're sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay didn't meet your expectations. As a smaller beach hotel and condo property, we do not offer on-site bars, but we are located in the heart of Clearwater Beach - just steps from a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and local attractions for guests to enjoy. We appreciate you mentioning the pool, and we're glad you were able to enjoy it during your stay. Regarding the luggage cart access, we've recently been completing structural repairs on our carport columns. This project was delayed due to hurricane recovery efforts following Hurricanes Helene and Milton. During that time, the regular ramp was temporarily blocked, and we put alternative ramps in place to assist with carts and accessibility. We understand this may not have looked ideal, and appreciate your patience during the process. We're happy to share that the work is now in its final stages with only some painting remaining, and the property's appearance is returning to normal. We strive to provide a comfortable, no-frills beach stay, and we take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Our listings, including on Vrbo, feature accurate descriptions and current photos of our rooms and property so guests can book with a clear idea of what to expect. We do hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future for a more seamless and enjoyable experience.
