The patio furniture comfortably seats 6, offering a great spot for dining or lounging with friends and family. After a day of exploring, relax in the hot tub, which is shared with other tenants in the condo. This serene outdoor area is ideal for making the most of your stay and soaking up the beautiful waterfront atmosphere. Note that this is shared with renters from other units.

- Garage is shared to renters in Unit B & A. As a guest in UNIT C, you will have 1 parking spot in the garage.
- Larger vehicles will not fit in the garage and will need to park in the free city parking lot on El Carmel St
- Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis

As a guest, you will have access to the entire unit. You will be given a keypad code to access our smart locks and never have to worry about carrying around keys. All codes are random, secured and deleted after every check out.

☀ VERY IMPORTANT: Unit is located on the 2nd level of the building. Other guests will be on the ground level.
🚪 Sliding Door: Please note that the sliding door may be a bit hard to close. The unit—and the building as a whole—is scheduled to receive all new sliding doors and windows. However, since these are special order, the replacement process takes about 3 months. We appreciate your understanding, and in the meantime, you may need to use a bit of extra effort when closing the door.
🅿️Parking: It is designed for small vehicles. Medium to large cars will not fit comfortably and will likely cause inconvenience to you and other guests. If you’re bringing a larger vehicle, please use the public parking lot behind the property instead.
🗣️ Noise Notice:
Potential noise from building construction next to our property (not ongoing but may occur during your stay). If there`s any construction during your stay, just a heads up that they may start as early as 7:00 AM, which is legal in San Diego. While we will do our best to request the neighbor to start at a more reasonable hour, this is ultimately out of our control.
Please also understand that we cannot anticipate when construction will happen, as we respect our neighbor`s privacy. It’s not a common practice for property owners to give advance notice, and we don’t expect them to.
Since this building has 3 separate units, you may also hear some noise from other guests. We always remind everyone to observe quiet hours and be respectful. We kindly ask for your understanding and hope you don’t take this against us.
⚠️Shared Amenities: Guests have access to shared amenities, including the BBQ grill, hot tub, and fire pit. Please also note that parking is shared—each unit is allocated 1 parking space, and the garage is shared among all guests. Kindly be mindful and only use the spot assigned to your unit.
🤫Quiet Hours:
We strictly observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

☀ The home has an exterior security camera (facing boardwalk + alley). It is not located inside the home.
☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.
☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy or refund policy.
☀All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
Rental Agreement

Guest, and
Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).
THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host.
OCCUPANCY TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their confirmed/booked dates. Check in shall be no earlier than the standard check in time on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than the standard check out time on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out. For any request to occupy a property in excess of 2 days, a separate agreement shall be required.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. A noise monitor may be used to monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 0 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 0 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.
OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of 6 guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.
BOOKING FEES. Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.
