Our 2nd stay, not our last!

The Kamaole Villa is incredible. This was our second stay. The proximity to the beach and the large pool / yard is all day fun. The house layout is a great set up as well. We will be back!

Not just a rental, a beautiful home

Wonderful vacation home with amazing pool, sunset views and steps to the beach. This property has everything you need for three generations of guests. Stacy was a pleasure to work with!

Perfectly Amazing

We stayed with our grown kids, spouses and grandkids and ha a fabulous time together. This home and property are better than we expected or imagined. The pools and beach were especially fun for all. We are thankful!

Perfect Vacation House for a family

The house is lovely and the pools are perfect for adults who want to lap swim and for children who can wade in to the shallow pool. The proximity to the beautiful sandy beach is wonderful. The house is also ideal for anyone with mobility difficulties with a large walk in shower and everything on one level. We would come back here in a nanosecond.

We are repeat guests and will continue to return. Steps from beach and a few more to restaurants, groceries and shopping. The house has everything you need to relax, prepare meals, or entertain. If you have questions or are in need of anything, the managers are responsive and helpful. Bring your swim suit and flip flops!

Kihei Paradise - Even Better Than Pics

Our family had an amazing time. We are short term rental property owners, and we travel a lot. Our standards are high. We had a fantastic experience! The pics are great. The place looks even better in-person. The owner (Joy), ops contact (Stacy) and mgr (Mike) were exceptionally nice and patient and helpful. Our stay was special!

House fell short of expectations.

Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. The freezer was broken, and leaking water on the kitchen floor the night we arrived. Not at all what we felt like dealing with, after a long trip from the East Coast! The refrigerator was warm. A repair person came out twice to try to fix the freezer, but was unable to get the part needed. We had to buy bags of ice for four days, until a small refrigerator was brought over, which then sat in the dining room during our stay. The hot tub also wasn’t working when we arrived. Two pool guys came out 3 times to fix it, and it was finally usable on day 4 of our trip, after the heater was replaced. The hall bath toilet didn’t flush properly, and the bathtub didn’t drain well. The bedroom with the twin beds had a broken window blind, and the ceiling fan barely moved. We had to request a standing fan so we could sleep at night. The A/C doesn’t cool the two bedrooms enough, while the primary suite is too cold. I requested a pack and play and high chair for my grandson to use ahead of time, and was told by the property manager, that both would be set up for us, and they weren’t. I had to call to find out where they were, locate them in the locked storage shed, and clean and set them up myself. The property borders a public beach where we had to listen daily to a group of people who were on the other side of the property wall, talk loudly, curse and smoke weed. The property manager was out of the country during our stay, and I was asked to direct any questions or concerns to a repairman. He did try to rectify all the problems, but it was very annoying to have to call/text him every day for the first five days of our stay. Repair people were coming and going, and we felt like we had no privacy. My family was looking forward to relaxing and de-stressing on this trip, but instead, we ended up more stressed than when we arrived. I honestly would not recommend this property, and I most definitely would not stay here again.

Our Maui Beech House

Very, very comfortable. A few strides to a wonderful beach. Plus a lap pool. Extremely clean & very well stocked with provisions—even beach chairs. Walking distance to take-out food options.

Best. Vacation. Ever.

This property is nothing short of amazing. Conveniently nestled right on the beach in low-key Kihei, you will struggle to leave the house and venture out because you have everything you need. The house is well-appointed in every room, complete with the fluffiest "rental" towels I've ever encountered. The cabinet is full of games. The outdoor lounge space is plentiful and comfortable. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, flippers and such....and, well, the beach is steps away. Seriously, it's like living a dream. If you are reading this review, stop right now and book this house for your next vacation. You will not regret it.

Amazing place!

We had such a wonderful time at this house! Really didn’t want to leave. The location is great -right on the beach and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. We spent lots of time watching whales from the patio and swimming in the pool or beach. The house is spacious and beautiful. Stacy was great with her communication and help! We are so thankful!

Best VRBO We've Ever Stayed In!

The beachfront location, lap pool/spa/wading pool and the layout of this house are perfect. Every room (except for one of the three bedrooms) has stellar ocean views and the retracting glass doors create an incredible indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The house is full of thoughtful touches and comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults. We enjoyed watching whales from the patio, cooking in the spacious well-equipped kitchen, playing games around the dining room table and relaxing on the patio. Stacy, the house manager, was exceptionally responsive and immediately addressed anything that came up during our three-week stay. The team working with Stacy also was a delight to interact with. We've already made plans to return next year and we can't wait!!

Don’t think twice, book it now!

This property is an absolute gem. Everything you could possibly want or need, tons of amenities. The pool and being ocean front were our favorite perks. You can’t beat the spot. Our 3 year old and ourselves had an incredible time and were so sad when we had to leave! We will be back! Thanks to Stacy for her fantastic communication as well!

Amazing Place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our family of 4 plus two grandparents had a wonderful time. The house is in a perfect location, and the pools are a blast. Stacy is a very prompt and courteous property manager as well. Can’t wait to come back!

Just what we needed!

Perfect oceanfront place for relaxation and Aloha

This is our favorite Maui retreat with the kids. The home provides everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Location is perfect for enjoying time on the beach, close to snorkeling, surfing, and dining. Property management is easy to work with and always very accessible. A piece of paradise

In a crazy year, the Nelson's home was a welcome place to recharge. The beach really is footsteps away. We loved the hot tub and pools, and the kitchen was a great place to make meals for our group. The recent remodel to the master bedroom and bathroom are stunning. Can't wait to come back next year!

Best vacation in Maui ever

A slice of heaven

You never have to leave this home. It is spacious and opens to the fresh ocean air. It is within walking distance of whatever you may need. Management is immediately responsive and helpful. We hope to return. Surpassed our expectations.
