We sincerely apologize for the housekeeping oversight with the sofa bed and mattress cover. This is not the standard we strive to maintain, and we will address this with our cleaning team to ensure it does not happen in the future. We also appreciate your note regarding the toilet height, as we understand this could be challenging for guests with mobility concerns. While the cabin’s location offers easy access to attractions, we recognize that the nearby go-kart track can be audible from the outdoor area, and we appreciate you mentioning this so future guests are aware. If, at any point during a future stay, you notice anything that may need our attention, please don’t hesitate to call our office. We would gladly address any concerns right away, as your comfort is always our top priority. We also wish we had been notified during your stay about the maintenance items you mentioned, as we would have been happy to send a team member to address those concerns and help make your stay more enjoyable. Regarding garbage disposal, Pigeon Forge and the surrounding mountain areas have specific wildlife management requirements. To help protect guests and local wildlife, additional trash must be disposed of in secured, bear-resistant containers located at our office. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
