Right On the Beach! Oceanfront, 2 Master Bedrooms, Minutes from Galveston

This is the closest you can get to the beach and waves! This charming home is right on the beach! Take in the massive ocean scene from the spacious front porches. Walls of windows across the front of the house make you a part of the vast ocean panorama. You don't even need to leave the house to be at the beach!

Every room in the house has a sweeping beachfront view! The quaint kitchen and living room boast large windows overlooking the Gulf waves and unending beach. There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds and a 3rd bedroom with a full bed and twin bunk. There is an open upstairs area with a twin daybed and twin trundle.

During certain weeks throughout the year, beachgoers will see a line of seaweed that has washed up on the beach. Seaweed is not always there and is not the norm, but it is natural and just a part of the beach ecosystem. It is partially responsible for building up the beach and dunes we all enjoy.

This beach beauty exceeded all of our expectations!! We had the most fun and relaxing Thanksgiving getaway with our 6 teens and 2 pups. The location could not be better...literally ON the beach, and gorgeous ocean views from every window/room!! Also we loved being secluded and away from tourist crowds, but the drive to eat, movies, mini golf, etc. was an easy 15 minutes. Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, and overly kind. They have stocked the house with everything you need and more, and it's sparkling clean and really cozy!! We truly can't say enough great things about our hosts and their wonderful property, and hope to be back again soon!!

I loved staying at this location! Beautiful views, clean and comfortable home, quiet location with beach in the front yard. House had everything we needed to cook meals. Perfect for us- parents downstairs and grown adult daughter and husband upstairs. Would also be perfect for a family with kids of different ages. Owner was very attentive and helpful to all of our needs! Fourth time to stay in this neighborhood and this is my favorite house - location and home.

This beach house has the best location with the most wonderful sunsets and sunrises! Excellent communication with the home owner, as well. We had the most relaxing week and can't wait to come back.

This house is heavenly! Situated right on the beach. Inside it’s spacious, beautiful & comfortable! The views are breathtaking. You can sit for hours on the balconies soaking in the gorgeous views. I can’t wait to return!

OCEAN AND MORE OCEAN

Where do I begin?!?! This property was perfect for our stay. I all most feel guilty for leaving this review as I don’t want it to get booked up and be open for when we come back here to stay again!! I have never had better communication with a host on any VRBO rentals. Katie, the host, was on top of everything. Every problem big or small was taken care of.and the communication was 10 star plus. Ocean and private beach. You are right on the ocean and cannot get any closer to it without living in a houseboat. The people in the area are so friendly. Everyone is there for the same reason. Relax, beach, sun, ocean waves, and relax some more. This place is your perfect getaway. You have two decks to enjoy. Every room faces the ocean. All the amenities of home, but with the calming views and sounds of the ocean just steps away. Plus, Galveston is only 30 minute drive over a $2 toll bridge. Lake Jackson and Chute are about 20 minutes the other way. So many great finds in the area that’s too long to list. Fresh seafood, great people, and anything you need just a short drive away. If you don’t want to drive H.E.B.’s the local grocery store will deliver pretty much anything you need. I cannot say enough about our week stay here!! If this place is open you need to book it or you’ll be missing out on the best relaxation of your lifetime! You’ll never find anything better for the price!!!

I recently stayed at the house with my family. The house is in excellent condition, clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully furnished—steps from the beach with an irreplaceable view. The host was friendly and excellent at responding promptly. We will stay here again.

5-Star Accommodations -- Again!

This is the third time we have rented this property. The host could not possibly be more responsive and helpful! The house has everything you could need -- fully stocked kitchen (including spices), comfortable beds, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, nice covered porch for morning coffee, and so much more.

Perfect Stay!

We were so happy with this property! The location was perfect and the house was stocked with every possible thing that you could need. Even though it was during spring break, the neighborhood was very family oriented and quite. We cannot wait to return to this property!

Top level property

Usually when staying at any property there is usually something negative that you wish could be improved. That is not the case here at all. We got everything that we had hoped for: views at all times of the day, cleanliness, quiet, comfort, plenty of space, great wifi for the gamer in the family, and so on. And even when the unexpected happens, a solution is promptly provided. When we arrived right after a major freeze the property did not have running water. One call to the owner and within one hour a handyman showed up and fixed a broken pipe on the spot. This shows you how responsive the owner is and makes me wish that vrbo had a checkbox for "handyman nearby" for other trips. Hope to stay again soon.

Beautiful House, Right on the Beach

The house was amazing, very clean and steps from the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, there are two of them, and watching the dolphins and listening to the waves.

Excellent place for a vacation! We had a great time relaxing!

The space was just right! The location is perfect! The beach was gorgeous. My kids and parents had a wonderful time with perfect views, easy access, and a nice clean place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The rooms were nicely decorated and we really loved the family feel to the home. I have stayed at many homes in the area and this was one of the best.

We are all native Texans and love the Texas Coast. We live in Austin and since we can't be at the beach all the time, we are excited to share our home with you!
