With its south facing pool you'll be sure to get the best of the Florida sunshine all day long. You do also have at this home the escape from the sun outside with comfortable outside furniture and a large lanai if you do need to seek the shade.

Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club is one of the few communities in the area that is within walking distance to a supermarket, bars and family restaurants. It also boasts a community pool, tennis courts and a childrens play area, and, as the name would suggest to you is actually located on a fantastic 18 hole golf course open to the public.

The master bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, and there is a cot already in the home for the newest of holiday makers!

Walt Disney World is under 15 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
