Located on luxurious 5* Windsor Palms resort. 3 Bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. Completely refurbished (2019) open plan kitchen, dining/living area. Free internet access, SmartTV with bluestream. Private screened lanai featuring splash pool with spa jets overlooks conservation area. Resort facilities include large pool, jacuzzi and toddler splash pad, fitness centre, outdoor children's play area, games room, 55 seater cinema, sundry shop, pool bar, floodlit tennis, volleyball and basketball courts. These facilities are free to our guests sports equipment is available for loan from the sundry shop. Shuttle service available to theme parks and shopping malls.


Resort Amenities: Windsor Palms luxury 5* resort has a welcoming clubhouse with games room featuring table tennis, billiards, Pool, Air Hockey, Fitness Centre and Movie theatre where guests can request which movies are shown (from an extensive list). Outside facilities include large heated pool, toddler pool, jacuzzi, children's playground, BBQ area, floodlit tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. Equipment loan available from the Sundry shop. The amenities are free to all guests.

Local Amenities: Within 5 minutes drive of Windsor Palms is the US192 Highway where you can find supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, fast food outlets, banks, medical centre & the new Margaritaville resort. The nearest Walmart supercentre is just 5 minutes drive. International Drive is 15 minutes away where you will find more restaurants, Premium outlets shopping. The town of Celebration (10 min) is a thriving community town offering services such as banks, post office, great restaurants, breakfast cafes, shopping boutiques, book store etc in additional to being a lovely setting for an evening/morning stroll.

Attractions: Very close to all Walt Disney Theme Parks - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs (shopping), Pleasure Island, (Nightlife) and Disney water parks. International Drive attractions include Sea World, Universal Studios, & Aquatica. Also 15 mins away is Orange County Convention Centre. The historic town of Kissimmee offers fishing, horse riding, air boat rides whilst 'Old Town' is a fun place to spend an evening with fairground attractions, bungee jumping, Go karting and street entertainment. Orlando has many golf courses and caters for all abilities, Falcons Fire, Kissimmee Golf Club and Disney's golf courses are all within 15 mins or take advantage of Wyndham Palms Mystic Dunes course which is directly opposite Windsor Palms.

Perfect location

Perfect location for Disney and Universal Parks. Close to shops and restaurants. Swimming pool at the villa and the big pool at the resort were great after a day out.

Clean and comfortable

The property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. Great location. Make sure you lock the garbage bench. Lots of possums and raccoons in the area.

quiet location

nice location and big rooms. around 20 minuites to most disney sites. only one tv works properly in single bed room. need amazon pin to access main tv and cable out in double room. but not a major problem.

Hi Andrew I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Apologies that there were issues with the TV’s. This appears to be a programming issue as all TV’s have access to the cable network. My property manager could’ve resolved this for you if reported.

Disney World Trip

Overall the townhome was comfortable. There were some things that we found to be very inconvenient like no dish soap, no sponge, no dishwasher detergent, no paper towels, very minimal toilet paper, no washcloths for cleaning up or washing faces. The outside appears much different from the listing. It appears the front yard gets very little attention as there are trees and they dropped huge amounts of leaves and tree droppings all over which made it difficult to not track in-doors. Overall the inside was clean and slept comfortably. We were there minimally since we spend most of our time at Disney. The gated community is nice and feels safe.

Thank you for your feedback. The housekeeping team provide an initial supply of dish soap and bathroom tissue. I apologise that this did not meet your expectations. The outside area is managed by the community landscapers, I will forward your comments to them. The September rain and storms do make things challenging with regards to leaf fall and tree debris.

Decent but prepare to bring everything yourself

After traveling all night it was a surprise getting to the unit and finding out not even toilet paper was provided. Contacted the management company and the owner and they confirmed toilet paper, trash bags, soap, nothing was supplied. Arrived and dirty rags were still in the sink, mold on the shower curtains. Overall the unit was fine, downstairs was all updated. Upstairs is in DIRE need of updating. Half the outlets and lights don’t work. Carpet is bunching in many spots. Closet doors are not attached. Location to Disney was great. The resort itself is great. Honestly we could have looked over a lot of things but the whole getting surprised with having no toilet paper was the cherry on top and pretty frustrating.

Thank you Stacey for your review. As previously explained to you, This is a self catering unit and unlike a hotel housekeeping items are not provided throughout the guest stay as maybe you were expecting. Initial supplies of toilet paper, soap and trash bags are and were supplied in this case. Once these have been used up it is the responsibility of the guest to purchase any further requirements. I apologise that there were some other maintenance issues that you encountered, these should’ve been picked up by the housekeeping team. Had these been reported to the management company at the time of your stay, they could’ve been rectified immediately. However they were identified upon inspection following your stay and have all now been resolved. As an overseas owner I visit the house at least 3 times a year and make updates each time I visit. I also have an excellent local management company that responds to guests promptly Im sorry that the upstairs did not meet your expectations however I disagree that it is in DIRE need of updating. You mentioned that on previous visits you had always stayed in hotels and you spoke positively about the house therefore as an owner I am disappointed that you felt the need to leave such a negative review.

Not bad, but misses on the little stuff

The property was clean and a nice size in a great location. Plenty of room for our family. Furniture and beds were comfortable. It was adequate for what we needed. Simple things could have made this stay go from adequate to great. We had to hunt down towels which were put away and not hung in the bathrooms, the shower heads were a builder special and did not put out a lot of water. The bathrooms were each only stocked with less than a full role of toilet paper, there was no paper towel and no hand soap or dish soap on the counter in the kitchen. Additionally the placemats were stuffed in a drawer and dirty. The back door was hard to open making access to the pool difficult. The pool was unheated and almost u usable during our stay. Simple upgrades, a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towel to start with would have made the stay get off on the right foot. Instead we found ourselves having to make an unexpected trip to Walmart in order to eat dinner. This caught us off guard as it was not in the listings or any of the communication that I needed to supply it from day 1 of the stay

Pouco tempo na casa.

A estadia foi boa, a casa é confortável e como nas fotos, mas como toda viagem para a Flórida pouco ficamos na casa, era um lugar para chegar à noite dormir e tomar banho. Aconselho ficar mais próximo de Orlando.

Family Fun 2022

Polite very helpful owner Lovely property Only downside is pool is always freezing sun never falls on this side so doesn't heat. Although upside is clubhouse community pool & hot tub gym amusements are amazing, met some lovely people. Lovely staff!! All in all had an amazing holiday will be back

Perfect for Disney

Rented this place instead of staying on Disney property. Very lucky that Hurricane Ian did not affect our trip or the rental. The resort pool and hot tub was a huge hit with our toddler. We didn’t use the in home pool since it was a bit too cold. Would definitely recommend to those looking to book her, make sure to bring whatever you may need. There were no paper towels, salt, pepper, sponge, dish soap, etc. We loved the community and would stay here again! It was so close to Disney!

Beautiful property, great location, complex is spotless and very secure!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Booking was easy & the rental management company were great to deal with. We extended are stay and the owner was brilliant about it. Rooms are really clean and it has everything you need. The complex pool was also great. Would def recommend!!

Ticked every box for a Orlando trip

Having been to Orlando on plenty of solo trips in hotels this was a first big family trip and we needed more space. Thankfully I found this property on Silver Palm. Firstly we had 3 big bedrooms and plenty of storage, wardrobes and cupboard space. The washing machine and dryer were perfect and easy to use. Each room had an en suite which was very useful, with one downstairs . The open plan kitchen, dinning living room had plenty of space for relaxing days. We didn't really use the pool apart from once but it was clean, a bit deep for the children so they used it for splash. But for adults it is enough to relax in. The whole resort was great and safe, the big pool and games room was a favourite for the children. Location wise it is very close to Disney, maybe 15 min drive with traffic, but made getting out much better. There are plenty of supermarkets within 8-10 min drive such as Publix, Walmart. All the usual food places are local as well, Red Lobster, Hooters, iHop, Wendys and much much more. All the outlets are pretty close as well. Communication with the owner was great and we only has on issue while staying but the property managers were helpful. The air conditioning in the property is perfect as well. All in all I would highly recommend staying here

Perfect for Disney

Communication with the owner was superb. This is a great property for a larger family in the perfect location for Disney. Windsor Palms also offered lots within the safe gated community for a day away from the parks. The only issue we had was the AC which wasn’t working during our stay and we reported the issue to the agent who fixed the AC the same day, even though it was Sunday. We would recommend. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay.

Great property

The property was clean and as advertised. The whole complex is beautiful and well maintained. The rental company was right up the street and the after hours check in was flawless. The owner was responsive to all inquiries and very helpful. Very convenient to Disney World. The only negative is the mattress on the king bed was hard for my tastes but that could be personal preference. I'd recommend this property to anyone and would definitely book here when returning to the area.
