Stunning 3 bed 2 bath villa with excellent, private pool and spa. Wonderful outdoor area with large table seating 6 in covered lanai with 2 ceiling fans to keep you cool. Or relax all day in the sun on the sun loungers and recharge the batteries before heading back to the theme parks. Child safety fence around pool deck to keep the little ones safe. Dip in the pool to cool off, then relax in the spa under the stars in the evenings. BBQ can be hired for an extra charge per stay. Suits smaller families, couples, golfers, on golf community with large communal pool, tennis courts and play area. Close to local shops and restaurants. Huge king bed in master bedroom with ensuite having garden bath, large shower, his and hers sinks and toilet, hair drier and straighteners, large wardrobe and patio doors to pool deck, queen bed in 2nd bedroom, large wardrobe, twin beds in 3rd bedroom, with large wardrobe containing cot for baby, bedding,play pen and other baby items, shared bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3 having bath with shower over, sink and toilet. Flatscreen TV's in all bedrooms as well as the lounge. Telephone, free WIFI. Lounge seating for 8. Breakfast nook with table for 4 plus breakfast bar, overlooking pool area. Modern fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite worktops, Washer, drier, Ironing board, modern iron, clothes airers. Games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball. All this and just 15 minutes from main gate of Walt Disney World! 25-30 mins from Universal and Sea World. Come to see us soon!

Fantastic villa

We had a lovely stay here. Very clean with everything you would need for an enjoyable holiday. The host was very quick to answer any questions, we would happily stay again.

Beautiful property equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pool and games room were a particular highlight for us.Friendly neighbourhood; we felt very safe throughout our stay. Sue was extremely helpful before our stay, answering any questions we might have and checked in whilst we were away. Would recommend and stay again.

Fantastic Stay

Fantastic stay in Villa. We have stayed in highland reserve before so knew the area which is in a great location for all the parks and has everything within a very short drive. The villa itself was excellent, couldn’t fault anything and dealing with Sue was very easy and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent stay 10/10.

Amazing stay

This property was everything we could want for our final week in Florida. The neighbourhood is so peaceful and the villa felt like being at home. Communication with the owner was second to none along with the villa manager who doesn't hesitate to help. I would definitely stay here if we were lucky enough to visit Florida again.

Enjoyed our stay!

My family of five just spent 7 nights at the villa. The villa accommodated us well and has everything to be comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The pool area was so nice to relax in and eat outside. The garage with pool and hockey table were a huge bonus. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to Disney parks. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa!

Loved it, Sue was so accommodating and sweet. Had so many helpful things for little children which was really nice. We will definitely come back.

Serenity Now

We enjoyed staying at your lovely property. The pool & lanai is where we spent most of our time. Eating our meals under the stars was great. We even saw a space launch right in the backyard. Your place was a great respite during these trying times.

A great family-orientated villa equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation!

We had an absolute great time at 443 Troon Circle! This 3-bedroom, fully equipped home had everything we needed and our kids LOVED spending time in the heated pool and hot tub! The game room was an added luxury that the kids enjoyed and we felt at home from the minute we walked in! Thanks so David and Sue for providing this place for us and we forward to returning very soon!

Clean and comfortable

Spent a week both wife and I working remotely while kids used pool and hung out. Nice area close to parks and nice safe quiet development. Had some issues with air conditioner and pool/hot tub but fixed quickly by maintenance. Definitely stay here again.

Many thanks for your review. The electrical storm which took out the air con and pool motor caused many problems in the area, including most of the rides in the theme parks. Thankfully we have a very good management company who are able to fix any problems ASAP. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back soon 😊

EXCELLENT STAY!

We have been to Florida for 1 month six times and this one was the best. Your home was terrific! Your pool was super. The pool area was fantastic for personally enjoying and for guest visits. We wish we could rent again next year but you are full already. Take Care! Frank & Sandy

Absolutely AMAZING

Sue was a pleasure to work with. Anytime I emailed her she got back to me so quickly. The house was clean and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Everything we needed was there. If we go down again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Give this villa 5 ⭐️

Family Vacation

We came from the Midwest to escape the Winter and enjoy some Florida sunshine with my kids and my grandbaby. We went to Disney and Universal studios and we loved coming back to this house with the hot tub and the pool. The owners were amazing and easy to reach and the house was fully stocked with everything that we needed. It was really hard to leave to come back to the cold Midwest. Thanks for a great week!

Absolutely FANTASTIC house!!

We have had a wonderful time at this property! Obviously in times like this we all have to take safe precautions and traveling right now was something we have been very careful about...I was incredibly pleased when we arrived and the first thing we noticed was the pleasant scent of cleaner! This home was exceptional and we would highly recommend it to anyone! Communication was fantastic and quick when we needed it and Sue is so pleasant! This home has such a welcoming vibe! We’re already planning our next trip back here!

A perfect respite!

We were looking for a month of rest and relaxation, but needed somewhere our 2 boys could stay entertained. This was the answer!!! The villa had everything we needed! The pool was awesome! Location excellent! Everything as listed! Sue answered all my questions and gave suggestions for things in the area! So easy to work with. Tom was quick to take care of a repair that was needed. We would definitely stay again!!

My vacation by the pool

Communication with Sue the owner was superb prior to check in. Upon arrival the check in was flawless and we opened the door to a beautiful and very clean villa. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable.The outdoor pool and spa area was very nice and was heated to a perfect temperature. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool! The neighborhood is very quiet and the Highlands Reserve complex is so nice for our daily walks. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful villa and we look forward to being able to stay again in the future.

We enjoy the warm temperatures in Florida and love to visit the waterparks in the summer months.
In the winter months, we love to explore the area, when we are not decorating or updating the villa.

Perfect size for us to spend quality times with our family. Not too big and not too small. We love the outdoor area with super pool and spa and being able to spend the whole day outside, in the sun or in the shade of the lanai, perfect!

Most of our guests are now return guests. They tell us that our constant attention to detail makes our property the best they have stayed in.
Supermarket and restaurants all within walking distance. Superb 18 hole golf course on the doorstep.
