Waterfront Note (Important)

The home sits directly on the water with beautiful views, however:

• There is no dock or lake access from the property
• The home is located behind a marina
• Swimming from the property is not permitted

Many guests choose to enjoy the views from the deck or rent a boat or access the water through nearby marinas and public access points.

Hot Tub Use

Our hot tub is professionally serviced between guests. For safety and enjoyment:

• Shower before entering when possible
• No glass containers in or around the hot tub
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Please replace the cover after use to maintain temperature and cleanliness

Hot Tub Cleaning Requirement:
Guests are expected to leave the hot tub in clean condition. If the hot tub requires excessive cleaning (debris, trash, food, etc.), a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.

Quiet Hours

Lake homes are located within residential communities. Please respect neighbors.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Outdoor music and large gatherings should be kept respectful of surrounding homes

Note: On some weekends, a venue across the lake may host live music which can occasionally be heard from the property.

Occupancy & Events

This home comfortably accommodates large groups, but unauthorized parties or events are not permitted without prior approval. If you are planning a special gathering, please contact us beforehand so we can help coordinate appropriately.

Pets

Pets may be permitted with prior approval. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Please message us before booking if you plan to bring pets.

Smoking

This is a non-smoking property indoors. If smoking outside, please dispose of materials properly and away from the house.

Parking

Parking is available on the property driveway. Please avoid blocking neighboring properties or roads.
