Peaceful escape right on the bay next to 300 acres of natural woods and beach. Tucked in the back of a neighborhood 20 mins from Destin and 30 mins from 30a (depending on seasonal traffic). Property has a dock with a built in hammock and swings as well as a fire fit out back. Amazing sunrise views and plenty of natural wildlife such as dolphins and eagles. A beautiful 16ft cedar table will hold your entire family under the porch. Large property for kids and pets to run and play with a ramp down to the beach for paddle boarding and kayak access. The Boat ramp is also just 2 miles up the road and plenty of room in the driveway to store your boat. Yard games such as corn hole and badminton provided.

Such a beautiful location

I could not of asked for a better location nor stay with a larger family group it was a beautiful home and property and all communication was informative and quick. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again someday.

Amazing property

This property was great! Be sure to get up at sunrise for a chance to see dolphins from the back yard. We had everything we needed while staying at this beautiful, waterfront home. Highly reccomend

Spring Break Trip

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Itā€™s a great home. We spent most of our time in the backyard enjoying the dock and fire pit. Host was very attentive and quick to respond. We look forward to staying there again.

Family Vacay 2025

The location of the house is amazing. We were able to see the dolphins and an alligator in the bay. Kids enjoyed fishing and caught several fish, a crab and stingray. (They were all safely returned to the water) The house was big enough for all 13 of us and there is plenty of our door seating.

Amazing

Overall it was amazing. So relaxing with the most beautiful scenery. We loved paddle boarding for the first time ever. Beds were so comfy and plenty of things to do for the family. Even my three year old played with the toys upstairs. We would absolutely come back if we had the chance!

Our family had an absolutely fantastic time at this beautiful home in Freeport, Florida! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious and perfectly decorated everything wasā€”the house was spotless and felt so welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful amenities provided, which made it incredibly easy to settle in and relax right away.The best part had to be the locationā€”right on the bay in the Destin area. Every morning, waking up to those gorgeous, peaceful sunrises over the water was such a treat and really set the tone for relaxing days ahead. It felt like our own private slice of paradise, with amazing views and plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and unwind.We genuinely loved our stay here and made so many great memories. This house has everything you need for a getaway, and we would definitely love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time at this well equipped, Beautifully decorated, home! I literally cannot say enough good things about this property. It is quiet, The views are amazing, beds were comfortable. The home had everything that you would need. There were instapots crocked pots, Bug spray, Plently of linens. We saw dolphin's multiple times. The neighbors were great!

New years get away

We had the opportuntiy to stay at this incredible vrbo spot. I cannot begin to explain how perfect this was. We had a couple of families come together for new years at this house. The location on the water was exceptional. The house was perfect.

This home was beautiful inside and out, even though the initial homes/neigjborhood you see as you turn off of the highway are not well maintained. This home and the only ā€œreal neighborsā€ next door and across the road are very nice and well kept. The lockable gate is a plus also, to feel safe.The decor inside is wonderful. The kitchen functions great-especially if youā€™re there with a lot of people. (We had 9 adults and 1 toddler). It flowed well and there were lots of plates, cups, and utensils. The garage featured 2 more refrigerators which we needed to hold our food and waters. Also, lots of recreational items to use in the backyard and in the bay. We took a boat and 2 jet skis and the long drive was very convenient for those plus 3 cars.This is definitely a home and weā€™ve already booked again for next year!

Big family vacation

We loved the space this property provide both inside and out. My kids enjoyed access to the water with no crowds! Very peaceful for my husband and I to sit out back and listen to the water at night!

Down by the bay

Our stay down by the bay was great! The bay was right outside of the backdoor. The dock is perfect for sitting on or fishing off of. You have your own private beach for swimming or putting in your kayak. The use of the kayaks and paddleboards was very nice. The house is great. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked. Location is great, very quiet. In between Freeport and Niceville. Great local restaurant not far, Nicks seafood. Communication with Amy was great. We had a blast!

Love this house

We absolutely loved this house and the location and the owners helped with answering all questions super fast. There was an issue with the washer being loud but not to horrible. Only thing that would have made it better was a pool and hot tub since I donā€™t really do ocean swimming but everyone else in our group loved the ocean definitely would come back. Also first time at the ocean and actually seeing dolphins like three times a day every day we was there. I didnā€™t take many pics as I was chasing my 4 year old around.

Family vacation fun for all ages!

Pictures do no justice for the wonderful rental. Questions were answered in a timely manner from host. View was spectacular, home was spacious and equipped with everything. 15 minutes from Destin,Florida by toll. Family definitely want to stay at same home next year.

The BEST Vacation!

The most amazing family stay at the bay in Florida, and we truly didnā€™t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by so many dolphins swimming right out front ā€“ it was such an exciting way to kick off our trip.The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely breathtaking every single day ā€” like something out of a postcard. Our kids had the best time fishing off the dock and were catching fish after fish, which kept them busy and happy for hours. The paddle boards and kayaks were a huge hit and surprise and feel they made the trip with out teens even more fun! The house itself was super comfortable and perfectly accommodating for our family. It had everything we needed and felt like a true home away from home. We also loved how close it was to both the bay and the beach ā€” it made it so easy to bounce between relaxing by the calm bay and enjoying the ocean waves. The big dining room table gave us the opportunity to eat together at dinner and It was fun to sit by the fire at night and see the moon on the water!We honestly canā€™t say enough good things about our stay. Beautiful views, unforgettable memories, and so much joy. Already dreaming about coming back!

Family Thanksgiving

A well supplied water front property. We woke up to beautiful sunrises but also blaring sun in our eyes with no shades. The adjacent beach is cluttered with bricks and debris which this. owner has no control over. Our dogs were welcome and had a blast but the dogs next Door barked and barkedWe would rent it again

Great Location

Great location, add said two miles of beach on conservation area. There is no where near two miles. Beach is blocked 300yds down. This was not accurate. BBQ grill does not work properly, this probably upset me the worst as we cook at home the most. Appliances need replaced, dryer and washer worked part time. Washer wouldnt spin several times. Drain was slow in one of the bathrooms on the lower level. Great location secluded, but would need to repair somethings before i would rent again,
