The Space:

Morning light filters through wide windows as the house comes to life, with quiet spaces to linger and room for everyone to spread out. After a full day exploring Orlando’s famous attractions, you return to an easygoing retreat where evenings are spent poolside or gathered around games and movies. The setting feels relaxed and playful, designed for shared moments and downtime alike.



The space

This entire townhouse in Davenport comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with five bedrooms and multiple living areas. Three separate living spaces give everyone room to unwind, including one with a foosball table for casual competition. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year-round, and a dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay connected if needed. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays.



Sleeping arrangements

The layout is ideal for families and groups traveling together.

Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering a convenient first-floor option.

Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms: two with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, one with two twin beds, and a themed room with a bunk and trundle bed alongside a twin bed. Bathrooms are thoughtfully distributed throughout the home, including full and private baths.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is designed for shared meals and easy mornings, with ample space to prepare breakfasts before heading out or dinners after a day at the parks. Indoor dining areas make gathering simple and comfortable, whether it’s a quick snack or a sit-down meal.



Outdoor living

Step outside to enjoy the patio and private pool. The pool can be heated for an additional option, making it enjoyable any time of year. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill create a relaxed space for afternoons spent outside or casual evening meals.



Entertainment and connectivity

Multiple TVs, Wifi, and smart TVs throughout the home support both entertainment and remote work. Games, comfortable seating, and flexible living areas keep everyone engaged without feeling crowded.



Resort setting and location

The home is located within Solterra Resort, giving guests access to resort facilities, including a community water park and clubhouse. The gated community offers a sense of privacy while still being close to Orlando’s top attractions. Disney is about 25 minutes away, Universal Studios around 30 minutes, and SeaWorld roughly 25 minutes by car. Local restaurants, supermarkets, and everyday conveniences are a short drive away.



Practical details

Free parking on the premises, a private entrance, self check-in with a smart lock, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are all available. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.



This home is well-suited for families, groups, and extended stays, offering space, comfort, and easy access to Central Florida’s most popular destinations



Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway



The Neighborhood:

The Solterra Resort Amenities include Resort Style Pool with Water Slide, Lazy River, Poolside Cafe, Fitness Center, Playground, Tennis and Volleyball Courts, and Recreational Area.



Located in Davenport, this home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
