These four bedroom units include: 2.5 baths, carport parking (vehicle height restrictions exist), utility area with washer, dryer, and unit air conditioning. Disappointed

Upon entering the house was stuffy and had a mildew odor to it. Listing states there is AC, it does not say there is a wall unit on each floor and will not cool the house. The AC units were placed on the street side of the house only. The people who were staying in those rooms rarely had privacy because they needed to keep their doors open for air flow. The house was FILTHY!! Floors were not swept/vacuumed. Sand and dust was everywhere. The beds were very uncomfortable. Furniture is outdated but usable. Their location was great. Views of the beach were great.

If your looking for comfort, don't bother

Let me start by saying it was the Perfect view, on the beach with a great deck, that was the good part. I kinda new what I was getting , with the price being dirt cheap and considering the other units that I looked at were crazy expensive for mid September. So when I arrived at the condo right away I thought I was transported back to1983, the look and smell, it had that furniture and the knotty pine vibe. All was expected knowing the pictures I saw before and was fine, until... you went to the bedrooms. Wow, if you didn't know any better you would've thought you were at a summer camp for children. Every room had multiple single beds in them, four bedrooms in total and there must have been at least 15 single's and just 1 double bed in the whole place, it was Nutz! I took a bedroom with the singles, with my children's family getting the room with the double, and It was hands down the worst sleep I've ever had as an adult on vacation in my entire life. Btw I honestly couldn't remember the last time slept in a single bed, but it will be the last, especially on my vacation. After a couple of nights I was over it, I just wanted to get home and sleep in the comfort of my own bed. I considered leaving a day early but stuck it out, but will never again stay at this condo, unless the bedding situation had a complete overhaul. Thanks

Wonderful location and beach views

The unit is dated and not in good repair. Also needs thorough cleaning and screen doors replaced. On a positive, the unit is spacious and the beach front decks are great.

Great place for the price.

Not perfect, could use a better cleaning service but over all it fits our family and is a great functional space. We brought a few box fans to help with the AC. Our family spends time at the beach, not in the house so it works out well.

Dirty Dingy Property

We knew it was going to be outdated, which is fine, that wasnt the issue. The whole unit was dirty (hairballs in bathroom & sandy floors), the deck is dangerous with nail pops and splinters, the lighting was miserable (felt like we were living in a dungeon), outdoor umbrella was broken, sliders were broken, air conditioner does not cool the whole unit, not enough hot water for more than one shower, etc. Outdated is fine, but a unit should be clean, bright, and comfortable. This unit was not any of those things.
