Welcome to the Fountainhead II our ***1560 Square ft.*** home away from home in OCEAN CITY!! As part of a complex with only 7 units, you will feel like you are worlds away from all of the hustle and bustle that comes with being in a high-rise. You can walk down 1 flight of steps to your car which is parked under the unit in the SHADE, or better yet, to the POOL or the OCEAN all without the use of elevators! Enjoy an Ocean View from both the living room and decks. Imagine having coffee in the morning from our deck or our dining room table and being only steps away from the beach. We have private beach access up a ramp, as well as an outdoor sprayer to wash off with after a fun day at the beach!

Our FULLY REMODELED UNIT has a 433 sq foot covered deck (the longest deck you have ever seen!) with a patio table that can seat 6+, Wireless internet, 3 flat-screen TVs (50-inch plasma and two 32-inch LCD), it's own washer and dryer in unit, and HUGE rooms! It has Ceramic tile in all the high traffic areas like the second entrance hallway (what we like to call our 'after beach entrance'), kitchen, and bathrooms. For your comfort the bedrooms are carpeted and the living area, dining area, and hallway are hardwood. Our kitchen has been totally remodeled with new cabinets and granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, serving trays, toaster, coffee maker, and a blender. Our dining area has a table that can seat 8 people. Our living room features a 50" HD TV with cable and voice remote. Our Spacious Master bedroom has a King size bed, oversized closet, its own bathroom, a 32' LCD TV and a separate vanity area with its own mirror/sink, perfect for doing hair and make up. Our spacious middle bedroom has 2 Queen Beds it has a dresser & lots of closet space. Our Spacious end bedroom has a Queen size bed, a 32' LCD TV, a dresser, and lots of closet space.

Check in is at 3pm, Check out is at 10am. Eight pool passes will be provided. WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES & ALSO TO COUPLES AND GROUPS AT LEAST 30 YEARS OLD. NO SENIOR WEEKERS OR GROUPS UNDER 30 YEARS OLD. SORRY, NO PETS. ***PRICES ARE FIRM AND NO MINI WEEKS IN THE ON SEASON.*** THIS UNIT IS NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. The condo was amazing, very clean, decorated beautifully, spacious, and our hostess, Neta, was very personable and readily available with anything we would have needed. The parking situation was superb, two vehicles in two very safe covered parking spots. We will definitely be booking again for next year. This condo is a hidden gem! Don't hesitate to book.

This property is very spacious and beautiful inside. Itā€™s great that you can see the ocean from the living room and deck. Has a big deck and a nice short walk to the beach and pool. The kitchen is well supplied with anything you need. Short walk to the stores for food and drink. We had two young boys and six adults and had plenty of room. Thank you for keeping up with your place we really enjoyed ourselves. Hopefully be back next year!

This property is so clean and well laid out. It is decorated perfectly and stocked with everything you didn't know you needed. The location is amazing. It is steps away from the beach and close to stores and entertainment. The Owners are super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back next Summer

Great Condo

This condo was perfect for our group! We LOVED the deck for the kids to run around. The wall were nice a thick to allow for kids to sleep and adults to stay up and we never felt cramped. Great proximity to the beach and the pool was an added bonus. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent OC beach vacation spot

Our second time at this location - it's beautiful. Very well maintained, it feels like a home away from home. Just a few steps from the beach, it's one of the few locations we've stayed where our family of 5 doesn't feel crowded - very spacious. Neta and Davey (owners) are wonderful and answered all our questions before arrival. If you're looking for a place to stay and want to avoid the high rise condos you must give this location a try. We plan to make it a yearly destination for our family summer vacation.

Great Ocean City, MD rental for couples or families!

This three-bedroom unit was perfect for our long weekend in Ocean City! The unit is in excellent shape, and it was plenty big for the five of us, but could easily accommodate eight people. This was a friends getaway for a music festival and we were two couples and a another friend. Itā€™s a 1 minute walk to the beach and while we didnā€™t use the pool area, itā€™s right there as well. This unit is several miles north of the boardwalk, but there are still plenty of restaurants and shops around within walking distance. The owner, Neta, was great to work with and I would recommend this rental to anyone!

Fabulous!

I cannot say enough about this rental! Much larger than I expected, with truly EVERYTHING you might need. We needed to move from our usual rental due to an increase in our family size and I am so, so happy we found this gem! Truly a home away from home, and this will absolutely be our only choice when we come back next summer! OCEANā€™S CALLING

So grateful we found Netaā€™s place! After a long drive in from Baltimore and a bit Jet lagged, it was HOME the second we walked in the door. Clean! Cozy (yet Spacious!) On the beach (just a few stepsā€¦ & Beautiful view from the huge living room windows!) We came to OCMD for the Oceanā€™s Calling music festival on the boardwalk. It was the perfect retrieve. Every accommodation we could have wished for. Thank you Neta for sharing your home with us. It was our first time to Ocean City and we left a ā€œpeaceā€ of our hearts there. Lovely place, wonderful owners! Do not second guess booking here!

Disappointing

We have stayed at this property for 5 years and have always enjoyed it's location and well stocked kitchen. The past two years, the air conditioners in the two smaller bedrooms have smelled very musty and have dampened everything in the rooms (clothing etc). This year, we had to sleep with the windows open because of the musty smell in the one bedroom. At the end of our stay, we cleaned up the condo as always (made the beds, wiped the surfaces etc). The owner then sent a vague message that the place was left in "horrible condition" and that we were not welcome there again. When I asked for specifics, she could not give me any and our ENTIRE security deposit was returned.

The property was spacious, clean. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots & pans ; the appliances were newer. The beach was very close, beach view from house & porch. The porch was large with table, chairs & swing. We really enjoyed our week!

Great Beach place!

The place was amazing, super clean and location was great, the beach is steps away! Neta was awesome! There was plenty of room for 5 adults and a toddler. No one was on top of each other. We'll definitely be going back!

Pictures Donā€™t Do It Justice

Itā€™s a hidden gem right off the beach! Quiet, no elevators to wait for, and no one to worry about being below you (if you have kids, you know). The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of Tupperware, chip clips, knives and silverware. They also provide 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, which saves so much room when traveling. Neta and Dave have really thought of everything, and that made our stay so much more enjoyable!

I don't even know where to begin to say how wonderful Neta's and Davey's place is. It is truly a hidden gem. We have been coming to Ocean City for 14 years and this place is hands down the best place we ever stayed. First, it was so clean and each room was spacious. The kitchen, dining room and living room was open concept and is decorated beautiful. Each bedroom (all 3) were very spacious with a huge closet and two dressers in each room. The bathrooms are stylish and the porch was wonderful! There are hidden gems all through the condo: extra blankets, beach chairs, games, books and the kitchen has everything a family may need. The swing on the porch was so nice on early mornings or in the evenings, in fact the whole condo was much larger then the pictures shows. And must of all Neta and Davey are wonderful to work with. I spoke to Neta a few times prior to our vacation and she is so nice, it was like I knew her for years. Then we met Neta and Davey on our second day and I can't say how nice they both are. They take such good care of their condo, it actually felt like coming home during our stay. They thought of everything a family may need during their vacation. We will be back next year, in fact on our first day being at the beach we knew this would be our new place to stay. Thank you Neta and Davey for being so kind and having a beautiful condo for families to stay in. We will see you both next year! Brenda

Family reunited after covid

The unit was clean and well furnished. It was steps from the beach. The location was hidden between 2 condo towers but the owners gave great direction as well as providing all the info needed to have a great stay.
