Your charming beach cottage awaits! Walk to stunning St Pete Beach, shops, restaurants, and lively beach bars - no car needed. Built in the 1940's, this mid century modern bungalow comes fully appointed and is always sparkling clean. Monthly rental price includes all utilities, lawn care, cable, internet, pest control and more. Throughout, you'll find a convenient layout with plank or tile flooring and lovely coastal decor. The kitchenette boasts updated cabinetry and newer appliances including a dishwasher. In the living room, you’ll appreciate the new sofa which converts to a sleeper for those guests who can’t quite make it home. Your primary bedroom features a Queen bed, large closet and access to backyard. Outside, you'll find the patio, grill, yard games, and several lounge areas perfect for sipping morning coffee or an evening cocktail. This shared space is privacy fenced and also includes a washer/dryer, outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrella, as well as two bicycles for your use. Great stay

Wonderful little rental. Only wish it had better a/c. As the weather heats up it will be hard to keep cool.

You can’t beat staying here, so close to so many things to do, places to eat and easily walkable to lots of places. The beach is so beautiful and so close to walk to, as is Corey Ave and the shopping there. The unit has all you need for a great stay and the hosts, Kelly and Josh, are very nice and accommodating. Our dog loves it here as well, the backyard is a great place for him to play and chase squirrels.

Cute dog friendly cottage walk to beach

Nice and cozy. Nice neighborhood to take long walks.. for: restaurants, coffee shops and wineries. Beach is close and they provide bikes and beach supplies. Backyard is comfy with nice sitting areas.

Absolutely recommend!

Kelly and Josh were amazing hosts, super acommodating and easy to communicate with! The property is a 5 minute walk away from the beach and has a grocery store close by. I can strongly recommend Kelly and Josh as well as St Pete Beach and will definitely be cominh back :)

Tucked away beach cottage

Wonderful and relaxing stay at this lovely cottage with my puppy. The property has everything I could possibly need for the comfortable, long stay. Walk-in Closet is a huge bonus. Plenty of storage, fully equipped kitchen. Private fenced backyard, BBQ grill. 5 min walk to the best USA Beach! Lot's of restaurants, supermarkets within short walking distance. Thank you for looking after us!

Month stay

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The bungalow is small, however has everything you need, was clean and close to the beach, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Corey Ave. The back yard was wonderful for our dog and there were chairs in the shed to take to the beach. Also the washer and dryer on location is a great help. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location.

Excellent location to everything. Walking distance to beach and many restaurants. This unit is small, however it had a great walk in shower and dishwasher. The backyard is beautiful and private but you do share it with the other two units. Washer and dryer are are added plus.

Well managed property...attractive...host responded quickly...CLEAN...other renters were delightful...everything I needed and very cozy...great location...truly perfect for my needs. Thank you Kelly! Loved the place and pet friendly. Small but we had everything we needed. It is a triplex and we we there for 4 months, so had new neighbors quite often..

Perfect Bungalow Vacation

The Bungalows are the perfect place to stay and relax. One of the best locations in St. Pete beach and is close to everything. It’s very convenient to walk to restaurants or the beach. Rooms are really nice and clean and was spacious for the amount of people we had. Backyard is well landscaped and is great for grilling or taking it easy. This place really is a gorgeous spot!!

My husband and I vacationed in St Petersburg in December 2018. We found this property to be very comfortable for the two of us. It was very clean, neat and tidy; nice furnishings and well decorated. Everything was provided from linens and towels, kitchenware and appliances (large and small), clothes washer and dryer, books, DVDs, to bicycles, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, etc. Good wifi reception. This property is located within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and night life. Kelly was excellent to work with. We enjoyed our stay very much! Mark and Renita Brackin

Great place, really great owner/mgr.!!!!!!!!

Private back yard with a gate on either side of unit. We brought our bikes, but didn't need to because there are 2 bikes in large new shed. Very good location, easy walk to restaurants, has all the amenities we needed, washer and dryer are extra lrg. capacity, nice area. Approx. 6 blks. to one of the best beaches in area. Any request or questions, Kelly is only a phone call away, and happy to accommodate! Short story: Our neighbors have been coming here for years and told us that the grill broke (1 of 2) and Kelly had a new one here the next day. Our place is darling!!!!!!!Would love to stay again. Very comfortable, close to everything!

Chose this place for the location and was very pleased with it. Had a minor issue with the wifi when we arrived, contacted the owner and she was there within 5 minutes! Issue resolved and enjoyed the rest of our time there!

Quaint and clean perfect location!

Cottage near everything!!! Walking distance to most restaurants too!

Super nice cottage near the beach, near all the restaurants, a Publix, in a very nice neighborhood where I walked my small dog often - we felt right at home! The furnishings are super comfortable, the bed was a dream, everything is new inside and recently been re-done, and I highly recommend these cottages.

Perfect location!

Was only 2 blocks from the beach, great restaurants, and nightlife! House was perfect for what we needed; place to sleep, shower, and make a few meals. I would stay there again.
