This is it; your perfect beach cottage awaits! Walk to stunning St Pete Beach, shops, restaurants, and lively beach bars - no car needed. Built in the 1940's, this charming bungalow has been completely remodeled and fully furnished with monthly rental price including all utilities, lawn care, cable, internet, pest control and more. Throughout, you'll find a beautiful, open concept layout with luxury vinyl flooring and lovely coastal decor. The kitchen boasts new cabinetry, quartzite countertops, Fisher & Paykel appliances, and an induction cooktop. The en suite bathroom is freshly tiled and features a walk in shower. All windows and doors are hurricane rated for your protection in the event of a storm. If a modern concept is your style, look no further. Outside, you'll find a private patio, grill, lounge area, and privacy fenced side yard for pets. The shared space is also fenced and includes washer/dryer, outdoor shower, beach chairs and umbrella, as well as two bicycles for your use. Book today and start living on island time!

Your beach bungalow is located just a short walk from world famous St. Pete Beach's strand on the Gulf of Mexico. Recently selected as the country’s top beach destination and renowned for its jaw-dropping sunsets, St Pete Beach is an ideal vacation getaway. Only blocks away are boat rentals, para-sailing, stand up paddle boards, fishing, dolphin watch cruises, jet skis, kayaks and almost any watersport imaginable.

Fantastic rental! I would definitely recommend.

The place is exactly as it appears in the photos. Really nice, clean and seems brand new. The area is great with a lot of options for things like stores, restaurants and beach. Mostly walkable or bikable which is a nice convenience. Kelly and Alyssa, who run and manage the place were great. It seemed like every possible base was covered. Easy to contact, if need be and were great with communication. I loved the place so much that I ended up renting another one of their units which has also been great. Five out of five stars, would absolutely recommend.

Great little place. Compact clean little duplex in a clean and safe neighbourhood!

Cozy and enough space to be comfortable. Great location, 2 minute-walk to shops and restaurants, 4-minutes to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay - fenced-in backyard was a plus and the washer and dryer on-site was really convenient!

Best Vacation Rental Ever

We loved staying here in cottage #2. The cleanliness was impressive and everything we needed was already there. It was hard to leave the place. Thank you for our best vacation rental ever. We would definitely like to come back.

Cozy with all the amenities!

My son rented this from Kelly for 12 weeks during his summer internship and had a great experience. This bungalow is one block from the beach with great restaurants and plenty of activities in the surrounding area. Close to downtown Saint Petersburg. Any issues that he had were resolved immediately. Kelly responds quickly and was a pleasure to rent from. We would definitely recommend this location and renting from Kelly.

Beach Bungalow Beauty

A quaint little bungalow only a block and a half from the beach. Great location with tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance and walking distance to a public access beach with beautiful white sand. The bungalow is well equipped with all the necessities you would need, the fenced-in backyard is beautifully landscaped and provided amazing views for the 4th of July fireworks. An adorable farmers market is just 2 blocks away and provided all veggies and fruit we needed for our stay. Kelly was easy to get a hold of, if we had any problems (which we did not) and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we could ever need.

Walk to the beach from this charming bungalow!

This bungalow is updated and attractively decorated. The neighborhood is quiet even though only one block over from Gulf Boulevard with the resorts, shopping, and restaurants. You can easily walk to these destinations PLUS the beach. Kelly was friendly & professional -replying immediately to every question & concern we had from the time of booking until departure. We definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful location and everything you need for a great beach stay!

This was our first time to stay in St Pete Beach and we absolutely loved it! The cottage was comfortable and we had everything we needed for our two-month stay. Kelly always responded immediately to our inquiries. The location allowed us to walk to practically every place in town - restaurants, shops, drugstore, grocery store, the library, and only 900 steps to the 4-mile beach. Our dog enjoyed the fenced back yard and frequent walks around the neighborhood. The beach was the best! Beautiful white sand, lots of shells, and frequent dolphin sightings. We can't wait for next year!

Great Place!!

Fantastic little spot

Had a wonderful stay here! The condo is within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and most importantly, the beach! Kelly was a fantastic host and stopped by with a brand new set of sheets and bicycle pump within hours of me messaging her to find out if she knew where they were stored. Would definitely stay again if I am ever back to St Pete Beach!

Absolutely wonderful!!

We used to stay in hotels when we went on vacation but after staying in this charming rental in St. Pete we will not be staying in hotels again. The rental units had plenty of room, was equipment with anything you need and has a wonderful fenced in back yard which our 2 Yorkies absolutely loved!! We were within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Kelly(owner) even stopped by to make sure everything was ok and assured us if we needed anything to let her know. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning in the future, as well as, recommending ty his rental to our friends and family.

Another great time at St Pete Beach!!!

Although the weather was some of the worst in history of January and February we still had a great time. I think the place we stay is great. They were just getting ready to lay new sod witch will be big improvement. The owner is very good about fixing anything that goes wrong. The beach and places to eat are all wjthin walking distance. I'm sure I will return to enjoy St Pete Beach again!!

Fantastic

The house was perfect. The picture do not do it justice. All the amenities you could ask to have to get your stay started. The home was clean and decorated very nice. What a surprise to enter the home and have a bottle of wine waiting for us. Kelly you out did yourself. I highly recommend this home. The location was superb, close to everything. Just a short walk and your on the beach. The sunsets even from the backyard were gorgeous. I will definitely be coming back again. Just outstanding. Judy Seaman, Pittsburgh, PA

Very Nice Stay

I enjoyed my extended stay at this rental unit. The location is right across the street from a beautiful beach, restaurants, bars and snacks. The duplex has an average exterior appearance but the interior design was warm and clean. It felt like a beach bungalow that had a nice layout design for small space. The pictures don't do enough justice, since I was pleasantly surprised when I entered. It had good closet space and updated kitchen. The kitchen amenities were not overly plentiful but there was a Dollar Tree near by to pick up supplies cheaply. Newer washer and dryer available on the property for free. Kelly was extremely responsive to my needs. I am happy I made the choice to stay at this property. Five stars luxury living? No, but the whole package came together nicely for what I paid. One to two people comfortably. Three to four people for short stays are fine.

At the end of the day, we believe quality, hard work, and integrity always win!
