The house was clean with a well appointed kitchen for meals. Plenty of towels, sheets were soft and the beds were comfy. Location is perfect, at the quiet end of the beach. We had an amazing stay and hope to be back to explore more of the area.

Absolutely fantastic! The Bright yellow house was so welcoming! Devastation from Milton and Helene are still around but, the house drew us in. New everything, gorgeous kitchen,.new decor, comfy beds, lanai and an oasis of a backyard with grill and firepit and lush landscaping. A great place to relax and socialize. Everything one needs for the beach is here. Can't wait to go back. The beach is a short walk a day for sharks teeth and sunset.

Holiday House

The cute, bright Holiday House with curb appeal was delightful ! There are still signs of hurricane Milton and Helene but, this place will take you on holiday ! A short walk to the beach to find sharks teeth and enjoy a sunset. The backyard is an oasis! Lovely landscaping, fire pit and grill. The house has an inviting decor, everything is new and beds so comfortable!! Can't wait to go back

Location and House fantastic

LOVED:House was great. Everything you need til you go to the store. Sunroom/lanai was fine but was extremely hot to use in heat of day. A/C kept house really cool.House was exceptionally clean. Great kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms Very comfortable. Beach items were definitely appreciated and sand buggy was a thrill! For us old folks, at least.Outside water was great but would have like a small partition on the side for a little privacy. DISAPPOINTED:Due to dampness the back yard mosquitoes were really bad. The table with umbrella was invaded by caterpillars. Not poisonous but still dont want them crawling on me. Mostly the a/c unit was loud in the backyard. I realize it was the way it operated but hard to enjoy outside when you have to yell to have a conversation.OVERALL:GREAT LOCATION TO BEACHHOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY CLEANWOULD STAY AGAIN HOPING FOR BETTER EXPERIENCE WITH BACKYARD.OWNERS HELPED WITH ITEM LEFT BEHIND AND GRACIOUSLY RETRIEVED IT AND FOR THAT I CHANGED TO A 5WE ARE VERY APPRECIATIVE.

This place was ideal! Immaculately clean! Host had everything you could ever want for perfect beach days including towels, chairs, cooler, and cart. We did not want for anything. Great location. Beach was not crowded and it was short walk. Host could not have been more accommodating. Can’t want to go back.

Loved it!

We are grateful to have found such a beautiful little place amidst all the left over hurricane damage that ravaged Manasota. The home is thoughtfully furnished and sparkling clean. The trek to the beach was not bad- we very much appreciated the beach cart, the outdoor showers, and having cleaning supplies provided for daily sand clean up!

Easy check in. Great, quiet location. Loved the outdoor shower. Beach amenities a plus. Fenced in yard, but little ones may be able to slip under fence, so be careful. Great find on the island.

Perfect small family vacation home

We could not be happier with our choice to book this home for our vacation. This lovely mid century block style house is equally charming, comfortable and well-appointed. Located on a quiet street at the south end of the key it is two blocks from a private beach. Plenty of everything one might need: beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, sand toys, shelling tools, umbrellas, bicycles, wagon, outdoor games, local guides, etc etc.. to keep a family feeling wrapped in fun all waking hours. For sleep, the beds are so incredibly comfortable. For nourishment, a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. For chilling, fast WiFi, netflix, DVD’s, comfy sofas, a lovely screened lanai and an overall calm environment. We really appreciated the support we got from both the owner and Evolve (thank you Rachel!) during our stay. This. Is. The. Place. We hope to visit again!

Lovely beach cottage!

We loved our stay! Everything was catered for just bring your food, clothes and toiletries. Loved the bikes, made getting around a breeze. Nice and quiet area. We would definitely stay again, thank you!!!!

This house was perfect for a small family

We came to Englewood for spring break. This house was perfect! We walked to the beach every day, the state park was right up the road. It had all the supplies for the beach that you would need. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. It was a great alternative for virtually the same price as a cramped hotel room.

Spring Break/Engagement

Our stay at the Englewood home was great. They have good supply of both bath and beach towels; well equipped kitchen- could use more baking sheets/pans- but were able to make do with what was there. Had good supply of coffeepot filters, paper towels and toilet paper. Not sure if these were left from prior renters though. 4 Beach chairs, plus we used the wagon from the shed to cart items to/from the beach. Overall a very good stay. Quiet, comfortable neighborhood.

Excellent rating for this great cottage!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, well supplied with amenities and comfortable. We loved the location and could walk to Stumps Pass state park (where we spied a dolphin swimming), terrific restaurants and the beach. Beach yoga at Englewood beach is not to be missed! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect beach rental.

Great location, walking distance to beach, park, & restaurants, clean and well stocked home. Neighborhood was quiet. Appreciated gas grill, bikes, beach gear, and alot of extras supplied in the home.

A Pearl in Manasota Key!

We enjoyed our girls trip here ! We didn't need to bring anything but ourselves and our personal items! Everything is provided to relax and unwind. Even down to the smallest details such as laundry soap for the washer, kitchen supplies, seasonings to cook with etc. The beds are comfortable ! Even though we were worried about 4 of us with one small bathroom, it was very doable! It was great to be able to walk in the evenings with the quiet neighborhood. The nearby beaches were easily accesible. We loved our stay. We will definitely return.

Nice Stay on Manasota Key

The house is great. Not fancy, but cute and clean in a quiet neighborhood. It has nearby access to Stump Pass and the beach. Everything you need. I would recommend it.

Our house was comfy, clean and perfect for a couple or small family. It was fully equipped as well

This house is a terrific get away for just relaxing but also close enough to easily get to any activities you want. The beach is very close and there are lots of good restaurants.
