We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful VRBO in Key Colony Beach, Florida. The home was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect — peaceful, convenient, and close to great restaurants, beaches, and activities.Katie were extremely responsive, thoughtful, and easy to work with from start to finish, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect Florida getaway!

Perfect place

Such a beautiful place! The area was nice and being able to fish anytime right from the dock was a plus! We enjoyed oyr stay so much we didn't want to leave

Our Recent Stay

Our rental was great. Everything went smoothly. The amenities were spot-on. The dock was perfect for our jet ski rentals. I would recommend this rental for anyone interested in staying in the Middle Keys

Amazing Stay

The house is very spacious, and it has all of the appliances you would need. The house is very clean and organized. The neighborhood is very safe and clean. The fishing off of the dock was great. The property manager was very nice and easy to communicate with! I would recommend this house for sure!

Peaceful Key Colony Getaway

This large beautiful home was clean, accommodating, and comfortable for our family of 5. Located directly on a peaceful boating canal with clear blue waters loaded with colorful parrotfish. Communication with our rental agent Katie Carrillo from Rentals in Paradise was easy, quick, and pleasant. Would definitely recommend!!

This is a very nice property.

This house had plenty of room for our family to relax both indoors and out. Plenty of seating to enjoy the canal in the sun while fishing right from the dock. Katie the property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had .We were not disappointed.

The property is not safe. The house was literally cracking while we were there, the outside porch was collapsing, and inside tiles in the laundry room up against the door were popped. We had to leave becuse it was unsafe.

Nice home

The location was great. Nice and quiet and communication was easy. It was nice using the cabana club. The bed was comfortable. The outdoor area had nice chairs for relaxing and a gas grill. The AC unit works great but unfortunately is in the master bedroom so its a bit loud at night. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic Big Home

We had a fantastic Christmas at this large, beautiful, open floor-plan home. It’s big, bright and sits on the most gorgeous, clean, wide canal. The house came with everything we needed to enjoy 8 nights in paradise. I would definitely rent again!

Wonderful Stay in Key Colony !

This house is even nicer than described. Very clean and modern. Multiple sitting areas, 2 1/2 baths and 2 bedrooms, dining and full kitchen. Perfect for a family or even two small families. Situated on one of Key Colony's canals, with a full dock for boat owners, gives quick access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic. Very comfortable. Perfect Thanksgiving week getaway for my family!

Great location in KCB

This house was plenty big and comfortable for our stay. Kitchen was convenient and outdoor grill was great. Nice views. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. Cabana club is always a plus. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking but could use a few more things. Expect to buy trash bags, condiments and spices. It has Beach towels but no beach gear Overall a comfortable place in a great location. .

A perfect place

Island paradise lives up to its name. The home is large and bright with clean, comfortable furnishings. I truly felt at home in the house and community. Our two couples had plenty of room, never feeling crowded. Each morning started with coffee out back, sitting canal side and watching the boats idle by. After each amazing day spent exploring, swimming, shopping in the keys, we returned to the back yard, the lounge chairs, the canal for our own happy hour. The community meets at Sunset Park each evening for singing, chatting, and a nice walk or bike ride to end the day. No one is a stranger for long in Key Colony, but we also were not pestered, if you get what I mean. Young and young at heart fit right in. The community pool and restaurant were better than expected. The food and drink service is very affordable and quite good. The beach is perfect for a relaxing swim and there's plenty of lounge chairs available. Marathon is my favorite location in the keys. It has everything you'd want whether you fish or not, and all other keys are just a short drive away. Best of all, our property manager, Katie, ensured all went smoothly, no matter the issue, and I am truly grateful for her patience and professionalism. She is a cut above!

Very spacious house with lots of storage areas. Just wish it had a pool.There were a lot of ants in the front room, all over outside on the front door and around the back porch. The rental company came and sprayed and it got somewhat better .We had a great time , We will rent it againKatie Carrillo was very responsive and easy to work with.Hope to be back lobster week next year.
