Look no further for your vacation destination. An unforgettable tropical vacation awaits you at The Keys to Happiness! The recently updated half duplex is perfect for 5 people to enjoy The Florida Keys! We have an ocean view, beautiful 2 bedroom, two bath, 1/2 duplex located just 200 feet from the Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy some R&R at the exclusive Cabana Club located right across the street. Have the benefit of walking back and forth in just seconds. Our guests have access to the private club's gorgeous beaches, junior Olympic size pool, hot tub, delicious food/beverage poolside service, snack bar and shop. The club is equipped with lounge chairs by the beach and pool.
As you unwind from a day in the sun, walk right across the street to Havana Jacks for some flavorful food, drinks and live music by the ocean. Hang with some locals down the road at Sunset Park and watch a spectacular sunset.
Our master bedroom has a King size bed, 2dressers, flatscreen television and full bath.
Our guest room has 2 twin beds, dresser, full closet, flatscreen television and full bath.
Our kitchen includes all appliances you need to prepare delightful meals.
Our spacious living room is equipped with complimentary high speed internet, flatscreen television, 2 sofas( one pull out) and stream your music from your phone with our bluetooth speaker.

We had the most amazing trip! Such a fantastic, wonderful property. So clean. So close to everything. We can not wait to come again.Anything we could have needed was there from cooking to pool noodles. The Cabana Club pool and beach were absolutely wonderful too. Great location, right in the middle of the Keys. Owners were wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had.We even had a small emergency arise and had to arrive in the Keys 2 days prior to our reservation. Laurie helped us find a place to stay until her place was available 2 days later. This was a tremendous help to us.We enjoyed family game nights every night....sometimes we have not done in a long time. Great local restaurants, The Sunset Grill, The Island Fish Company, Brutus's, Ixe cream at The Conch Custard. Local shopping at Marathon Port Nautical Gifts.Vists to Animal Encounters, The Turtle Hospital, all such good family fun. Sight seeing in Key West. Boat rentals from Key Colony Beach Marina to do some snorkling.We really enjoyed everything about this home, this location and area.

Home was exactly as described. Everything was wonderful. The beach club across the street was perfect for relaxing or drinks and food! Highly recommend this unit!

Beautiful & Exotic

Was roomy and clean with all the amenities. More than enough beach towels, spices to cook with, seats for everyone, etc! The pool and Havana Jack’s was right across the street. The mornings were beautiful with birds, palm trees, & the beauty of the Keys! Highly recommend. So many restaurants and shops! All the beaches are very close.

Awesome week in KCB

Communication from the property owner was excellent, making arrival and entry fast & easy. Property is clean, comfortable, well equipped and very convenient to the Cabana Club. KCB is a great place to visit and relax. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property.

Mattress covers were stained, asked to start laundry but there was no laundry soap where they said it would be.It is a nice area with plenty of things to do in the area.

Keys to Happiness

Husband and I wanted to stay in Key Colony for our anniversary trip and Keys To Happiness delivered all that we were looking for! Great location, comfy home and bed. Access to Cabana Club was a great perk! Vacation

Loved it, perfect for us. All communication was great. Great property. Great neighborhood. Felt very safe and was quiet at night. Great area for walking. Perfect location to explore all of the Keys. The nostalgia appliances were cool. Had everything we needed. Nice to have access to the Cabana Club and beach but they are strict on what can be brought in. Next time we visit the Keys, this will be on the top of our list.

Super clean. Fully stocked with kitchen items, linens, beach towels, etc. Great location within short driving distance to various attractions/beaches. Very responsive host.

Relaxing Getaway

“The Keys to Happiness” was absolutely perfect for our family. Location was perfect-we were able to kick back and relax after days spent at the pool and different beaches. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very prompt in replying. I am telling everyone how great our trip was and that they need to stay here! :)

Anniversary get away

WOW! This place is perfect! Love the decor. Super clean. Quite neighborhood. Laurie and Joe where easy to get a hold of and where very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. Also liked meeting your mom and dad! The condo is in the perfect location. Easy to go north to Key Largo or south to Key west, both within an hour or so drive. The passes to the Cabana Club across the road were awesome. So easy to just walk over and enjoy the pool/beach and restaurant/bar. Grocery stores, post office, restaurants all very conveniently close by. Would highly recommend Sunset beach just down the road for a beautiful sunset. Sombrero beach is only about 15-20 min. south of the condo. Would also recommend Sunset Bar & Grill for the food and sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo. Thank-you Laurie and Joe for sharing your home with us and adding those special touches to make our stay memorable! Hope to be back in the future. Karen & Sherman

A hidden Jewel in the Keys

I loved the duplex and club but the owner was so nice and accommodating to our small bumps in the road I would recommend this to everyone

Great vacation

We really enjoyed the property. Laura is very kind and helpful. Condo is large and it was plenty of space for our family of 5. Just a short walk to a cabana club which has a pool and a beach. Overall property was very clean and well taken care of, owners have done some updates lately. 5 out of 5.

Comfy, convenient, and charming

Located right across the road from the Cabana Club and Havana Jacks. Unfortunately, HJ was closed for vacation. Bright, cheery condo with cute retro accessories and everything you would possibly need for a great vacation. The owner, Laurie, and I had great communication and we loved that she shared the area restaurants and things to do. There's a washer and dryer and tons of towels. The mattresses were so comfortable and I loved the ceiling fans in every room. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Laurie!

Feels like home

I was in regular correspondence with Laurie regarding the stay, before and during the trip. This is a lovely spacious condo in a great area. Great stay at the beach!

2nd time staying at the property. Love the proximity to both the regular beach as well as the cabana club., as well as the rest of the restaurants. The property ownership was in transition, but the new owner Laurie did a great job during it all. The only big improvement I would suggest is putting up curtains in the bedroom. The room gets bright in the morning and it is necessary to use a sleep mask or cover your face with a pillow to block out the sun in the morning.

Family Holiday

We stayed here with my husband, two children and mother and father in law. The property was way more spacious than I expected. It was cherry clean. Communication was great. This place is great for young families. Access to the cabana pool and walking distance to two great parks.

The house was in a great location for activities in the middle and lower keys. Very quiet area. The house was great and well kept and clean. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great location

We had a great stay here. House was clean and the master bed is comfortable. It’s in a great location in Key Colony. Easy to get the boat to either gulf side or Atlantic. And a few steps from the cabana pool which is perfect to cool off at after a boating day.
