The condo was very cute! Super close to the beach and easy to navigate with the golf cart. Lots of beach items provided and plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc. Jeff was very quick to respond and easy to work with. Gorgeous area next to a gorgeous beach! Very comfortable beds as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house. It was extremely well‑provisioned, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made popping back and forth throughout the day a breeze. One of the highlights was the included golf cart, which made exploring the area fun and convenient. The home was clean, welcoming, and clearly cared for. We would absolutely stay here again! Jeff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress free.

All my questions were answered quickly. The condo was very peaceful. Pool was a great amenity. Everything we needed was provided from beach towels, chairs, toys & cart to cleaning supplies & a kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking. The 6 seater golf cart was a fun and made getting to the beach so easy.

Property was very cozy and reasonably close to the beach and had everything we needed. Only hiccup was the golf cart (which really came in handy) but owner was easy to reach and took care of the issue quickly.

Top of the dune was a favorite stay for our family. Jeff made check in easy, offered local advice, and answered questions promptly. The golf cart was a huge savings and so handy around seaside. The community pool was a hit with our kids and was warm. Will stay again!

Highly recommend this property and host. The amenities are so thoughtful and make having a great time in 30A easy. I didn’t need to pack half of the items I brought as the condo is stocked with tons of beach accessories (cooler, chairs, towels, toys, umbrella, and wagon). The golf cart is a bonus!

The location was perfectly located along 30A, so we could get wherever we wanted to go in no time at all. Jeff was always very available and helpful.Would tag on another week if we could!
