Den Laman consists of a total of 16 beautifully modern furnished apartments and is very close to Kralendijk, Bonaire’s capital. All apartments are fully air-conditioned and ideal if you’re looking for privacy and independence. Den Laman is a great vacation property or Bonaire dive resort for those looking for oceanfront location with one of the easiest access to the beautiful underwater world right off your doorstep!

From Den Laman it’s only a short walk to some amazing restaurants and nightlife Bonaire has to offer, but you don’t have to go far as there is a restaurant on site with a terrace overlooking the beautiful Caribbean sea. The restaurant offers lunch and dinner and are host of the famous Wednesday Burger night!

This spacious one bedroom oceanfront condo is unique and beautifully located on the waterfront on the third floor. 

The spacious private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the stunning sunsets while sipping your cocktail! Your home made dinners can be prepared in the well equipped kitchen. The living room and bedroom have AC and ceiling fans.

Housekeeping will clean your apartment once per week. Beach towels are provided and fresh ones are available at the SunRentals office, where you are also welcome 6 days per week for any assistance. There’s a manager on call 24/7.

The on-site dive shop operated by Dive Friends and the restaurant Breeze & Bites makes this apartment complex a nice and cozy small dive resort.
