We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces like light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc... before you will check in.

Our Villa Soleil Blanc is located in the heart of Orient beach, 5 mn walk to the beach and 5 mn walk to the village square and it's restaurants and shops.

It can be rented as a 1 bedroom or a 2 bedrooms, depending on your needs.
The rates shown in this listing are for the 2 bedrooms option, 1 to 6 guests.

If you are interested by the 1 bedroom option for (1 or 2 guests), please contact us to know the rates.

It's a 2 levels villa with a private pool in a tropical garden.
We just finish to renew it. All onsite is brand new, from the bed to the TV, via the kitchen!

At the first level : living room with sofa bed, full kitchen, bathroom and living room.
All open of the covered terrace and a little bit further a large deck with the pool.
On the covered terrace, we put a dining area an a lounge area.

Free wifi. Satellite TV, dock for your music.
Washer/dryer, dish-washer, oven, nespresso coffee machine...
BBQ

On the second level, 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms open on a large terrace with loungers.
King size bed in the master bedroom and 2 single bed in the second bedroom.

A/C in all the house.

We provide beach chairs and umbrella and beach towels.
2 private parking spots are reserved for your car.

Villa in Orient Beach

Beautiful villa just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. There is a night club nearby and you can hear the music on the weekends until 2200. Other than that we loved every bit of this stay and are already talking about going back.

Very Nice, Close to Orient Beach, Shops and Restaurants. It's a very Safe Area!

We've been staying in Orient Village for over 7 years and this place is very nice, especially after the hurricane! It's a few minute walk to the beach or to the village shops and restaurants! If you don't know the island, you could spend an entire vacation at Orient Village and eat at a different restaurant every night!

3rd stay

This was our 3rd stay at Soleil Blanc. Great location and the property manager is wonderful. Still having a water issue on the French side but now they have a cistern in the house for unplanned water cutoff.

This property was all we could ask for. The location is amazing. A couple of blocks from the beach and a couple of blocks from the restaurants, stores, etc. of the cutest little town. The hosts were outstanding, providing very personalized attention and addressing any questions promptly. We spent two weeks here and, quite frankly, wish we had booked a month !!!

Love the property

As usual our property manager Moune was available and had the home ready. This property sits a few hundred feet from the beach but has its own pool. Quite comforting the water storage on the property since we have been on the island for many water shutdowns… everything was perfect this trip. We will definitely be back to hopefully stay in one of Moune’s managed properties.

Excellent orient bay stay

Excellent..comfortable and clean. Owners were pleasant and quick to respond. Location is perfect. 1 block to the village with multiple great restaurants, a bakery, an ice cream shop, and a grocery store. Beach is 1.5 blocks away. Owners provided beach towels and chairs. Beach bars and restaurants were also excellent. Many offer 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for around $20. Some include 2 free drinks. Everything could not have been better...looking forward to returning.

Beautiful townhouse in Orient Village

Excellent place to stay. Accurately described and depicted in write-up and photos. In walking distance to Club Orient beach and to the village. Laurienne responded quickly and Moune took care of any issues immediately. Very impressed by both. As the village is coming back to life after Hurrican Irma, be prepared for construction noise in the area during work hours. There is satellite TV but all the channels are in French except for CNN, ESPN which are the only English language channels. Also the Internet did go out for 2 day out of our 15-day stay. Just another part of island life. Overall a great find in Orient Village. Two good restaurants to try: Quai Ouest over at Oyster Pond, and Al Dente towards Mt. Vernon.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful relaxing week in the French community of Orient Bay. The house was immaculate and well represented in the HomeAway photos. Moune and Dominque, the property managers, were incredibly responsive and attentive. They gave us tons of suggestions for excursions and restaurants. They made reservations for the perfect table at several of their favorite French restaurants. We also rented a car from Dominque's Kangaroo car rental company. He met us at the airport with it. The condo was well appointed, tasteful and comfortable. Air conditioning was needed and worked well. The lovely beach with several restaurant/bars is around the block. And the charming commercial village with the square surrounded by great restaurants is down the street. All very convenient and easy! We hope to return. We cannot compliment Moune and Dominque enough.

Le Soleil Blanc is beautiful, clean and well-appointed. It is within the Parc de Baie Orientale development which is home to numerous restaurants — each offering local, fresh and high end menus. Bring cash for tips as this cannot go on credit cards. The beach is gorgeous and the sand is silky soft. There is plenty of room and beach chair and umbrella amenities available. Le Soleil Blanc’s hosts are gracious, welcoming and so warm. They truly attend to their beautiful home and Moune is amazing! Very responsive, and kind. I feel like I’ve known her for years when we first met. The home is light, airy and clean. The layout is perfect for a family or close friends. The pool and outdoor area is lush and so peaceful. We did not want for anything—had all that we needed and me. Perfect place all-around! Walking distance to many restaurants; the beach and breakfast/coffee and mini supermarche’. Perfect!!

Private Villa near the beach

The place is a short drive or modest walk from the restaurants of Orient Beach Village and Orient Beach itself. The villa was clean and well furnished: two bedrooms, two combination sink/shower rooms and two toilets (one upstairs, one down). Kitchen was well set up if you like to cook. (We didn't). It had a private pool, not large nor deep but refreshing. There were noisy neighbors one night but someone else must have complained because they toned it down by about 10 PM. The super was super, and even went out to find me when I could not find her. The place had multiple languages of television, including all of the major US networks. There was internet that was more than adequate for mail. We did not attempt conference videos. The one negative was that water pressure in the shower was often insufficient. I suspect that is the fault of the local water utility, not the villa nor its management.

Super séjour familial

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille (avec un enfant de 2 ans). La maison était parfaite pour ce qu’on recherchait. Très sécurisée et très bien placée avec pleins de petits commerces de proximité et la plage accessible à pieds. Les photos collent parfaitement à la réalité et le listing des équipements est bien respecté. Un grand merci à Moune et à Dominique pour leur gentillesse et accueil. Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans ce superbe logement.

Like having your own resort!

Kitchen was well-supplied. Beach chairs and noodles there. Outside living area is comfortable and welcoming. Pool was clean. Linens replaced after a week even though we had a washer. Moune and her husband were wonderful!

The property was presented accurately in the listing. We were not disappointed. It is clean and well appointed. It is easy walking distance to the Club Orient section of beach. It is right in Orient Village so good restaurants are an easy walk as well as a small convenience store. We took advantage of the grill to cook out. It was enjoyable eating breakfasts and dinner next to the pool, and relaxing time was spent on the outdoor couches reading and sipping wonderful coffee. Caretaker Moune and her husband Dominique showed us the features of the villa and were there to answer questions and help us when needed. They are a charming couple and can’t say enough good things about them. The Lanai is fairly private and we enjoyed sunbathing and swimming in the pool. A highlight of the stay was an Iguana who would spend the night in the palm tree outside our balcony. Got lots of nice photographs. Visitors from North America don’t forget to bring your electrical adapters and converters.
