Elegance at it's best. With easy access to the sand and sea, Unbridled, located in the new Le Papillon Complex, offers clean, crisp contemporary lines and stunning views of the sand and sea. Located on the WIDEST part of Simpson Beach, the beach in front of Le Papillon, is crystal clear with no rocks, coral or grassy undergrowth. Lush landscaping, complete with palm trees, add to beauty of the complex with its tropical breezes and island ambiance.

Unbridled is a spacious, elegantly furnished beachfront 1-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom second floor condo with elevator access. With sleek, contemporary lines, Unbridled features everything required to make your vacation memorable.

The kitchen is high-end with black granite and stainless steel Bosch appliances including a built-in wine cooler. Kitchen includes a Toaster, Coffee Pot, Blender, Wolfgang Puck cookware, dinnerware, wine glasses, flatware, plus selected spices and seasonings.

The living room's clean contemporary furnishings include a 50' LED TV with Cable TV, and VOIP Telephone for free calls to the US and Canada. A local cell phone is also available. With sand and sea views from both the kitchen and living room, the adjourning covered terrace overlooks all of Simpson Beach.

The master bedroom provides a sumptuous king bed complete with Jennifer Adams bed linen, a large closet with safe, LED TV, and adjourning sitting area next to a floor-to-ceiling window.

The main bathroom is spacious with glass shower, a rainfall shower head, and hair dryer. The condo contains an additional, separate half bath with sink and toilet.

A quiet HE washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are inside the unit for guests to use during their stay. Condo comes equipped with a portable umbrella/2 portable beach chairs, and 2 beach chaise lounges.

A 3rd guest can be accommodated on a twin size rollaway bed for an additional charge.

Le Papillon is a private, secure electronic gated complex, and is sound protected with concrete walls, roof, hurricane resistant sliding glass doors/ windows, and hurricane shutters. Complex provides a video intercom system for added security, and a Generator for island power outages.

Great Place!

It was our first time to Sint Maarten. Couldnā€™t have picked a better place to stay. It was private, clean and close to the beach. Probably gonna go there again next year!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our two week stay! The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck first thing in the morning and at night. We felt very safe with the security of the building.

Great location away from the crowds, the beach was essentially our own. Beautiful building with full security and glorious location sitting outdoors looking out over Simpson Bay. Will definitely be back!

Best location and condo on the island

Stunning. The condo was spotless, had an amazing view and was directly on the beach. There's a gated parking lot and a gated building, very safe. Great food and drinks nearby. This is where I'll stay next time.

What a great place to stay

I stayed at this location on the beach for two weeks. Everything went smooth with the check in and the Condo was better than expected. It was clean, well appointed and the building was secure. The location is the best on the island, from morning walks on the beach to cocktails at sunset. I would highly recommend.

Loved this condo. Just a few steps from the beach which was not crowded. The condo was the perfect size for a 2 people with all of the amenties. Gated parking. Easy access.

A wonderful place in an awesome location

The apartment is right on the beach and itā€™s a very nice beach. The appliances the furniture and the tile apartment - Everything is new and modern. The property manager is great, and very accessible. I am sure to come back.

Wonderful condo

Had a great week in Unbridled. The condo and complex was fabulous, Gordon the on island property manager was great and the beach and view were beautiful. This is the nicest spot on Simpson Bay beach so a lot of locals come there too. Was fine during the week but got a little busy on Sunday afternoon. .

Condo was fantastic! Right on the best part of Simpson Bay. Kitchen well equipped , mattress in bedroom excellent. Loved hanging out on the deck with a cocktail. Gordon was very informative and helpful. Definitely plan on returning!

UNBRIDLED is Indeed!

Fantastic condo on the water in the heart of Simpson Beach. Beautifully appointed, balcony with an amazing view, lovely shower/bath, comfy king sized bed, excellent security...I could go on and on. We've been to SXM many times and have stayed in many places and this was one of the top two or three. Enjoy!

Absolutely wonderful

The condo is gorgeous. The kitchen has the most amenities of any condo Iā€™ve ever stayed in. Literally a chefā€™s dream. And the balcony overlooking the ocean is amazing. I canā€™t say enough about the view! The beach is powdery white sand and the ocean doesnā€™t have any rocks. Just fantastic. Checkin was simple. Gordon was wonderful explaining everything and offering recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect Home Away From Home

The Unbridled is such a perfect place to stay. It has everything you need and it's so modern and clean. We wanted for nothing and felt comfortable and secure. The walls are so thick, you hear nothing and is very peaceful! All you hear are the waves. They supplied beach chairs and lounges. They even had beach towels waiting for us. You have assigned parking, so you don't need to worry about that. It was easy to book and Jill was so helpful. When we arrived Jill came to welcome us. She was so nice and made sure that we were comfortable. We will not hesitate to stay there again and do plan to return.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

Another wonderful vacation at Le Papillon!! This is our 2nd stay at Le Papillon but our 1st stay in "Unbridled". I will keep my review short and echo everything that has already been said. This place is gorgeous. We had three people in the condo and there was more than enough room. Love the beach, the patio, local eats. Online photos do not do this place justice. We loved this place so much that within a few weeks of arriving home, we booked another stay. Our agent Simona was great and answered any questions almost immediately. Gordon (onsite) was also helpful. I would high recommend the Le Papillon property and also St. Martin Beach Rentals.

Beautiful property

We just finished a wonderful stay at Jillā€™s property located along the most perfect stretch of Simpson Bay. We got off to a little rough start but both Jill and Gordon were wonderful in rectifying an accidental error and they truly went above and beyond to help us. The property really is in a great spot, close to many restaurants and a great wide part of the beach to both lay out and swim. We had to cancel at the last minute a stay at Las Arenas and after walking by their property, we were so glad we did. There literally is hardly any beach in front of there and the water came up almost all the way to the entrance of the beach. The unit was very comfortable, had a great bed to sleep in, a wonderful patio to enjoy and everything you could possibly need. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and we were comfortable the entire vacation. This was our first trip to St Maarten and we absolutely loved it. We would not hesitate to stay in Jills unit again and recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway from home. Thank you Jill and Gordon, we appreciate you both and look forward to staying the next time weā€™re on the island.

Location is perfect, as you are close to many markets, restaurants, not far from airport and close to great beaches. We always rent a car, as it is easy and convenient to get around the island. The condo itself is gorgeous. On a great beach and has everything you need for cooking if needed. The view from the bedroom is on the front side of the building, parking lot side but view of bay in the distance. The view from living room/kitchen is a perfect open view of the beach and the sunset from this location is absolutely beautiful. This is a wonderful unit and worked out perfectly for us. The building itself is small so you donā€™t have to worry about many units or crowds. I think there are only 3 floors. This unit was on 2nd floor and there is a side staircase so you can walk right down to the beach. I highly recommend this place! Property managers/host were very quick with communication and answered all questions promptly. Wonderful place. Many thanks to the hosts!

Perfect Honeymoon Location

We traveled to Sint Maarten for the first time for our honeymoon. We had the BEST week! Location: Simpson Bay was one of our favorite locations of the island and the location of this condo was the BEST on the beach. It was so nice to be able to walk down to the beach whenever we wanted which resulted in us spending time on the beach/in the water every day. Simpson bay was also wonderful for restaurants and nightlife. Easy to walk or drive depending on where you want to go and your options are endless! Check in: Upon our arrival Gordon introduced us to the place and how everything worked. He also gave us recommendations which was much appreciated! Cleanliness: Could have been a bit cleaner but overall was pretty good. Maids came twice throughout the week which we were not expecting but was much appreciated! Overall: We LOVED this condo and we hope to stay here again in the future! The view is 10/10. The kitchen is top notch - very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is an abundance of reusable grocery bags, towels, beach towels, toiletries, etc. It was a very accommodating place to stay!

Excellent property and amenities

This beautiful condo is everything you could hope for and more. We were a little nervous renting through HomeAway as we are frequent travelers and had always stayed in big name hotels. Jill made the reservation experience exceptionally easy...she is very responsive and answered all of our questions. She gave us great instructions on what to do once we got to St Martin. Upon arrival, we easily made our way to the condo and found a cell phone waiting with instructions to call our on-site property manager Gordon, who was also excellent and informative. We were given a cell phone for island use and also had WiFi and VOIP for free calls to the US and Canada. The condo had everything we could possibly need along with some nice extras. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were excellent. We rented a car and were very glad we did because it was fun to go out exploring different areas and beaches. The secure parking at the condo was nice to have and very convenient. I would highly recommend this condo and the team that took great care of us. We will definitely be going back to St. Martin and staying in the same beautiful condo.

Wonderful Stay at Unbridled

My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay at Unbridled. The condo is very high-end, and even nicer in person. The kitchen has a 'wow' factor that doesn't come across in the pictures as there is now a beautiful back splash that was not in the initial photos. The building is extremely secure - we never thought twice about our safety, and the inside of the condo is quiet and comfortable. An added bonus for me, someone sensitive to morning light, was the absolute darkness in the bedroom when the shutters were down. That along with the custom bed made me sleep like a baby! The location couldn't have been better. Simpson Bay is beautiful and the condo really is on the widest part of the beach, which was more than long enough for enjoying peaceful walks along the water's edge. The restaurant Karakter, about a 5 min walk down the beach, has good food, good service (key!) and generous drinks. And after visiting many other beaches on the island, we determined that ours on Simpson Bay was one of the best. Which brings me to driving and renting a car. It would be great to rent for the days spent exploring the island, or grocery shopping, but other than that, it really isn't necessary, assuming one has no trouble walking. The condo is within blocks of town. We actually preferred to walk instead of worrying about drinking/driving, parking, getting stuck in traffic, etc. The taxis and buses (vans) are plentiful. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes. And the locals were extremely nice and helpful. If grocery shopping, the Carrefour in Cole Bay has everything you could need and the prices are reasonable. That said, we found the Garden Fresh Market - Yacht Provisioning (near the Burger King) to also have a good selection - lots of good pre-made items for quick meals, relatively good prices, and it was much closer to the condo. After finding that, we kept going back there. The only disconnect I could mention is that with check-in at 4pm and not having a car, it makes it challenging if arriving earlier in the day. As easy as it is getting into town, I would not recommend wheeling your luggage around the streets nor would it work out carrying your bags onto the beach. So, a conundrum. I actually have no suggestions of what to do in that case. We would highly recommend Unbridled and not hesitate one second to stay there again. We actually found the condo to be one of the highlights of the whole trip!

Le Papillon est un immeuble rĆ©cent de condos de luxe. Les photos reprĆ©sentent vraiment ce que vous aurez. 20 pas et vous aurez les pieds dans le sable! L'immeuble est situĆ© sur la plus belle portion de la plage de la baie Simpson. Petits Ć©piceries Ć  distance de marche; de mĆŖme pour les restos. Je vous recommande vraiment ce condo.
