Experience hassle-free access with keyless entries for the building and condo. The intercom system includes a video monitor for added security. A private parking space adjacent to the entry is manned by security from 6 PM to 6 AM. Located on the third floor, the design ensures unobstructed views, refreshing tropical breezes, and complete privacy. Each room is equipped with modern, quiet air-conditioning units allowing for individualized temperature control.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, pots and pans, dinnerware, microwave, stove, oven range, dishwasher, toaster, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers, alongside essential cooking supplies. Beach and snorkeling gear, including pool noodles and beach chairs, are also provided.
