The OASIS is an oversized, professionally decorated with custom high-end furnishings, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath modern, luxury condo.

The OASIS features spectacular, unobstructed, DIRECT (we are NOT on the side of the building) Caribbean views from the living room, kitchen, and dining room areas and also, because we are a higher level unit (6th floor), we are fortunate to have water views from the bedrooms as well! (Simpson Bay lagoon views from the bedrooms and balcony).

*** The Oasis is suited for ADULTS ONLY (18 or older), due to upscale decor and furnishings. Also, NO SMOKING allowed inside or on the balconies ***

*** Due to high demand, we typically only accept Saturday to Saturday stays (multiple weeks is fine). Exception are rare, but possible depending on time of year. If you're interested in a mid week check in/out, please INQUIRE FIRST (via the "Contact Host" link) before attempting to book. ***

Ultra-comfortable king bed, desk area, 42" HDTV, Blue-ray, DVD player, ceiling fan. Walk-in closet area with guest safe. En-suite bathroom with travertine countertops and dual sinks. Large glass doors lead to the fully furnished balcony with breathtaking views of Anguilla and Simpson Bay. Of course, hairdryer, flat-iron, and beach towels for your convenience.

GUEST SUITE:
Ultra-comfortable king bed, (we convert to two single XL's if needed). Oversized 50" HDTV, Blue-ray and DVD Player. Generous closet space. En-suite bathroom with glass shower. Large glass doors lead to the fully furnished bedroom balcony. Relax and enjoy lovely views of Anguilla and Simpson Bay. Hairdryer, flat-iron, and beach towels for your convenience.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped, gourmet kitchen featuring all the luxuries of home (programmable coffee maker as well as Keurig K-cup). Granite countertops, upscale stainless appliances including microwave, dual wall ovens, stovetop, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and complete cooking/eating utensils. The best part- having the stunning Caribbean views while you prepare your meals!

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM
Oversized and fully furnished private balcony over the unobstructed, direct, panoramic Caribbean Sea! Central air-conditioning (UNLOCKED and NOT time or motion restricted). Ceiling Fans, Sony 65" Flat Screen HDTV with DVD player, Blu-Ray player, and Bose Sound System. The Bose home stereo system also allows you to stream your music using bluetooth. And of course FREE High Speed, WIFI internet even on the balconies.

A gorgeous condo with incredible views! Check in was a breeze. Kitchen stocked with a lot of the basics (salt/pepper, sugar, cooking oil, etc). Spacious living area, sizeable bedrooms and double en-suite bathrooms, plus a powder room. Owner was quick to assist with a minor TV issue (even though he was on the other side of the world!) and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would happily return!

The condo is breathtaking as is the view. Short walk to several restaurants, casino, and grocery store. Couldnā€™t have asked for more. Excellent communication with host. Great restaurant on main floor of building. We ate at Marioā€™s Bistrot 3 times that week. .

Beautiful condo with lovely view

My parents, wife and I stayed at Tommyā€™s condo for a week and it was the perfect place to spend some family time. The space was large, clean and had everything we needed. The living room balcony has an amazing unobstructed view of the ocean. The condo was very close to several beaches and attractions. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cupecoy is an excellent location which proved to be our favorite corner of the the island. Great beaches and restaurants nearby, and the property is flawless - even better than the photos online. Tommy is an excellent host and provided great recommendations to us. Highly recommend 10/10! Seamless check-in and underground parking. There are 11 floors in the building, and you only share the elevator with one other condo unit on your floor. Cozy, comfortable living space and beds with their own private en suites. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the ocean waves are so loud! Incredibly relaxing. It definitely felt like a home away from home with all of the comforts from home. Laundry soap, hand soap, and dish washing soap was provided. Ample clean towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins were also provided as well as salt and pepper and seasonings for cooking. The kitchen is well stocked! The pool was so clean and beautiful and the water temperature was perfect. We went the first week of November and had the pool practically to ourselves. Tommy the owner literally thought of everything to provide in his guest manual to help you run the appliances, air, conditioner, etc. His attention to detail to make your stay more comfortable was extraordinary. With any questions or issues, he responded in a timely manner. He also provided a time before your stay to chat on the phone about things to do and places to eat. As a sidenote, the front desk also responds swiftly to any problems that you experience. I also highly recommend the spa and ask for Yohaira for your massage. 5/5! Do not hesitate to book this condo. You will not be disappointed! Thank you, Tommy for sharing your beautiful oasis!

We have stayed at many VRBO's, including multiple in Sint Maarteen. This unit has all the comforts of home, and the owner made everything extremely easy. Further, the Cliff complex is 5-star quality, and the surrounding area is an ideal place to be.

The condominium and property was absolutely stunning! It is conveniently located to all the shops/dining/beaches you will need. It's also very close to the French side, St. Martin, which makes access around the island easy! Tommy is spectactular! He is always accessible and very warm and friendly throughout! We stayed for a week at this wonderful property it is Very clean,the kitchen has everything you need the bed was really comfortable. The contact with the owner was outstanding. Easy check in. Just a short drive to the supermarket and the very nice mullet beach close to a lot of great restaurants. Also the pool area was maintained to a very high standard. If we visit st Martin again we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place to Relax!

This was the first time we've rented a condo for vacation and we were not disappointed! Every detail is well thought out for the convenience and comfort of the guests. The property itself is lovely, well-maintained, and secure. The owner was very helpful with our questions regarding the property, the condo itself, and St. Maarten in general. Truly an Oasis

Million dollar view! Property was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Tommy was attentive and easily accessible. Infinity pool was beautiful and loungers were great. We simply couldnā€™t believe how pretty the ā€œprivateā€ beach was. Easy walk to 2 markets and restaurants, and 5 minute walk to Mullet Bay. Would highly recommend. Hope we can make it back again some day!

Fabulous property and host

Beautiful setting, spectacular views. Property is exactly as described, true ocean front. Lots of facilities. We felt it was a very safe location. Host communicates very well, responds quickly. He has thought of everything, including offering a very comprehensive guide, as well as activity and restaurant recommendations. Even the small touches such as extra toothbrushes/toothpaste in case you forget yours. And other pleasant surprises, which I wonā€™t spoil. You should stay here!

Spring break at the Cliff

We recently stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The photos are very accurate. The condo is clean and well stocked. The owners have thought of everything. The view from the balcony is amazing and I loved hearing the waves. The Cliff is very quiet, hardly ever saw any other guests. The owner, Tommy, was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to any calls, emails, texts, etc. I would love to be able to return in the future.

Loved the property, excellent location. Near amazing beaches within a short walk or drive away. Supermarkets near by as well as restaurants. Oasis is the perfect place to spend an amazing vacation, whether you want to stay in an enjoy a book in the balcony or the pool or you want to venture out. We rented a vehicle and explored the island, private and convenient parking in the garage. Kept car cool and gave us access to load groceries, beach bags, cooler, etc. Oasis has all the amenities you need, from beach towels, to comfortable beds. Beautiful decor. Planning on coming back real soon.

The Cliff is a beautiful property. The hosts were very knowledgeable and thorough. The condo is very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I slept better than I have in years! The kitchen was equipped with all you could need and more! The pool is much bigger than the pictures. I was able to swim laps daily. Marioā€™s restaurant did not disappoint. The daily pastries were an extra treat! We cannot wait to return. This will be the only place we will stay in the future!!

Amazing view

I canā€™t say enough about this property! Iā€™ve stayed at quite a few places and this one knocks it out of the park!! Everything from booking it till leaving!It provided everything we needed and then some! Like trash bags and extra liquor and everything that people have left! We left some also. All appliances worked properly! The ac was perfect and the patio had a fab view! The pool and restaurant was amazing!! Drinks by the pool! The food was delicious at Marioā€™s. So convenient being right there. Went 3 times! Highly recommend this condo! Thanks Tommy! Left extra money for Fedilia too.

Great Host/Great Location

My wife and I stayed at this amazing Condo all the way back in 2016. This time, we booked our flights to St. Maarten a bit last minute on a whim to get away from our hectic life of constantly working all the time. I requested to book the condo and received message from Dr. Tommy Vorris the same day. The Condo building itself has been updated since I last stayed there pre-hurricane Irma. The infinity edge pool provide epic views of the sunset. Dr. Voris is an outstanding host. He is very friendly and informative. We've been looking for an 'Oasis' for many years. We work very hard all year long (Author/speaker and elementary school teacher), and are so excited to have finally found a very special place to fully and completely relax, reconnect with each other, and build amazing memories together.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

We've been all over the Caribbean looking for the best of both worlds, PEACE AND QUIET and ADVENTURE. Most places seemed to be either or. We have been to places that were jam packed with super adventures, lots of fun, and non stop action, which was great for a couple of nights. Afterwards we felt a need for a vacation from our vacation.
On the flip side, we have been to wonderful, scenic, peaceful locations, where after a while we really missed live music on the beach, walking around tourist shops, and oceanfront towns full of cafe's, beach bars, and friendly people.
with OASIS@The Cliff, we found the best of both worlds :-)
