Thank you for your feedback. I find it very interesting that during your complete stay I didn’t hear one word from you about any issues concerns concerns or complaints. 

Thank you for your feedback. If you look at our correspondence thread in Vrbo, you will see that there’s not any unanswered correspondence from me. Perhaps you emailed a question directly to Vrbo in their automated system? However, you did reach out to me by phone during your stay asking if I knew that there was locked closets. To which I responded yes, I am aware. There are two locked closets in the house. The owner keeps all of their supplies in one of the locked closets and we have a locking supply closet. A house of this size requires multiple sets of linens and additional items that need to be tucked away from guest access. I reminded you that there is ample storage provided, to which you were still unhappy with. Interestingly, I’ve been managing this house since 2012 and you were the first person to ever complain there is information posted on the fridge. Tillamook County has strict noise ordinance policies that impact vacation rentals. If any home receives more than three complaints that home will lose their vacation rental permit and can longer be a vacation rental in the county. So it’s highly important that all parties staying in the house, not just a booking party are aware of the noise ordinance requirements, which is what is stated on the fridge. There is signage near the pool table that gives direction on how to play certain games. Along with one single sign in the lower bathroom, which is on an ejector pump, letting you know that if the alarm sounds that you need to let us know right away, so that the house does not become flooded with sewage. I would hardly call any of that unwelcoming. On the other hand, I think if I clogged an ejector pump during my stay, I would be grateful for the information to let me know what steps to take as opposed to the alternative. We literally have hundreds of reviews from guests that are overjoyed to be there. I believe your review speaks a lot to who you are versus who we are or what we provide. Thanks for the review. I appreciate you letting me know the shower head was leaking, so I could get that fixed. You are right we do have lots of great amenities. Many guest enjoy the selection of rubber boots and clamming tools we provide. As well as a nice selection of kites.We do have a charcoal BBQ for guest use. I do appreciate you understanding that home owners do keep their personal items locked away from guest use. The location is great!
