Parking:
Two Car Garage parking and two car driveway, allowing up to 4 cars for the guests. Additional street parking is available.

Animals:
Happy to say that we allow our little friends–animals– to stay at this property. Up to two house trained pets can stay at this property. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Any damage or stains left may lead to an additional $1000 deep cleaning charge along with further assessment for any damages.
Pool/Spa:
Pool heating is available up to 82 degrees for an additional $90/night. Please let us know in advance so the pool is heated for your stay. Spa can be fully controlled by the iPad located in the kitchen and can be heated at no cost for your enjoyment. All outdoor Pool towels are provided and located in each of the bathrooms.

No Smoking Inside. Please close windows or any possible entrances inside when smoking outside.
Violation of any House Rules anytime during your stay will result in all occupants being asked to vacate the premises immediately. The booking will be cancelled with no refund.
