Great location and Condo

Waikoloa Beach

We enjoyed our stay on the Big Island. The condo was clean and well maintained. My favorite activity is walking, and Waikoloa Beach is a great place for it. There are many nearby shops, restaurants, and beaches.

Great condo, great location

Our family recently spent 11 nights here and we really enjoyed it. We have stayed in many different complexes in Waikoloa and really appreciated the location, the size of the condo, the beach equipment and the pool. The unit is a little dated but it is well cared for, well equipped and clean. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Clean, comfortable condo, perfect for two couples. Location is very convenient to the pool and Vista Waikoloa was a good base for the resort area. We appreciated the A/C at night since, being on the ground floor, we didn't want to leave the sliding doors open for airflow. We also enjoyed the community movie night.

Loved how close the pool is to the unit! Will definitely stay here again.

Renting was easy and convenient! The only bummer was the the central A/C was not working. Overall my family and I had a great time!

Delightful condo

Very clean and comfortable condo in great location - well appointed and all the amenities needed for a great time. We loved having access to the outdoors with a large lanai on the ground floor (easy access to the pool) and all the beach accessories (beach chairs, snorkels, etc.). Quiet area with easy access to grocery store and restaurants and lovely beaches within the resort area and nearby. Easy to get to from the airport and activities (night snorkel with manta rays is highly recommended) Would 100% stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the grassy area outside the condo and the proximity to the pool. The only downside was that you could not easily walk to the beach.

Great spot close to beach

We stayed 2 weeks and what a nice property. Exactly as shown on website. Close to pool and bbq’s. very spacious unit with fully stocked kitchen. Lanai in the shade most of the day so unit never gets to uncomfortable. AC works great. Short walk to beach and local restaurants. Can’t wait to go back.

The unit is good, we liked that there are beach accessories in the closet on the Lanai. Not much in the way of food or spices in the kitchen. But close to store and Starbucks and beach. We had everything we needed

Great 2br condo, close to pool & restaurants

This condo was awesome! We will definitely be staying here again. It's .5mile walk to the restaurants and beach, great for making a last minute sunset or dinner plans. This is the closest condo to the pool as well, which is fully gated so I didn't have to worry about my 2&4 yr old when they were outdoors. Ground floor made it nice for bringing my bike and stroller in/out easily. There was a nice cot for my 4yr old to sleep on and every room has plug in a/c, which helps when we couldn't figure out how to turn on the a/c for the first 4days. We for sure will be staying here again!

perfect location

The roomy, convenient property was great for our needs. There were some problems with the kitchen which were only partially resolved. Oven did not work, stove top was complicated to use. Unless these are fixed, plan on eating out. Location was wonderful ! Property provided lots of extras to enjoy the beach

Wonderful stay at Vista Waikoloa

My husband and I stayed two weeks at this wonderful condo. This was the nicest condo we ever stayed at! Beautiful decor! Comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for all the ziplock bags, paper goods, trash bags and soaps. We didn’t need to buy anything and replenished the bags we used up. We cooked in several nights. Nearby gas grills were excellent. Pool and hot tubs were used daily and only steps away from the condo. Daily walks to the beach trail or nearby shops were great. Close to many golf courses for the many rounds we golfed. Close to Hapuna beach! We wanted to rebook for 2026, but already booked for the winter months! Highly recommend this property!

Great property, desirable community and attentive hosts

Our family of four recently stayed a week at the condo. It has plenty of room with high ceilings, and a great layout with shutters that can open up the second bedroom to the living room to create an even more spacious and airy feeling. Both beds are very comfortable. There is also a fold out bed and sofa bed, though we did not use so we can't speak to their utility. The kitchen is equipped with a good deal of amenities for cooking, and the lanai has beach gears such as chairs, umbrella, boards and snorkling gears. The condo is clean, and just steps to the salt water swimming pool and hot tubs, as well as the workout room. The community is well manicured, and staff were friendly. It is an easy walk to the shoreline (5 mins) and A-bay beach (a little more walk over shoreline trail), and shops - Island Gourmet has bountiful food options, and Queen's marketplace and Kings shops have lovely shops including the best shaved ice and dole whip. True and Meredith are very responsive and kind host, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. We would highly recommend this property and host!

Beautiful Close to Beach, shopping and everything

Beautiful property only steps away from gorgeous pool and hot tub. The place is very clean and has everything that you would need. The Anaehomalu Beach is one of the nicest beaches to swim and snorkel. Also, shopping and restaurants close by. We would definitely come back again.

Sehr schön

Diese Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Auch als 5er-Familie hatten wir genug Platz. Das Einchecken war allerdings schwierig, weil wir keine genauen Informationen erhalten hatten und das Vermietungsbüro vor Ort nicht erreichbar war, so dass wir die Hotline von vrbo anrufen mussten. Danach hatten wir den notwendigen Türcode.
