Wonderful stay

Wonderful property

This is the second stay Iā€™ve made at this complex. The unit was very clean and well stocked with anything youā€™d need for cooking at home or for the beach. Beautifully furnished and the beds are comfortable. Not that youā€™d need a pool, but itā€™s nice, too. Close enough to walk to many shops and restaurants.

Lovely condo, great location!

This is a well-taken care of and well-equipped condo in the heart of the Waikoloa Resort area. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with the necessary items so we could enjoy eating "at home." Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Enjoyed sitting on the lanai and relaxing.

Gorgeous!

This was probably the nicest and cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless, comfortable. The surrounding complex was lovely. The only drawback was that it was quite a drive (45 minutes) from the best snorkeling on the island. Despite that, we would stay here again!

November 2023 stay

It was very relaxing, a nice respite after a week of hectic travelling around. The Vista unit D201 has a great view, very private balcony with very comfortable furniture and a nice private dining area. The unit itself is bright, clean and tastefully decorated. It is well equipped with everything you would need and very comfortable. We loved it.

Peaceful and comfortable

We had a very nice stay. The condo complex has a great pool and is walking distance to two shopping malls and two hotels and beach. It is quiet and residential. It is easily accessible by highway and you can do day trips to anywhere on the island. The condo itself is well designed with good furniture and well laid out kitchen. Giant fridge! And an outdoor closet with a lot of beach gear. Air conditioning and fans to keep you cool

Stunning condo

This place really took our breath away. It was impeccably clean (Iā€™m picky) and the furnishings all looked brand new. It was very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, dishes, and spices we needed to cook multiple meals. The lanai was huge, and comfortable, and the complex was very quiet. We especially appreciated all of the beach gear provided, including multiple chairs, beach umbrellas, pool and sand toys, coolers, and a great little wagon to lug everything to the beach. The pool is huge, heated to a perfect temperature, and 3 1/2 feet deep, which was great for my 6 year-old. I only wish that beach access was a bit closer, as it is quite a hike to get to A-bay on foot, but itā€™s a very short drive. Overall we were very happy with our stay at this unit!

Love this Location

For the price this property is the best location in the area. Weā€™ve stayed at a few of the different properties here in Waikoloa. The Vistas is great because of the huge lanaiā€™s, nice pool and common area. Walkable to Hilton, Marriott (A-Bay beach), and shops. The condo was really clean, upon entering there was the beach towels. We were given 4 for the two of us, vs the 2 promised so that was nice. There is nothing in the kitchen you would need that isnā€™t provided. The appliances are top notch. The furniture was comfortable for the evenings in front of the TV. Although, the TV didnā€™t seem to have more than 10 channels just repeated vs what was shown in the book provided. We also did not have any beach items. A small cooler would be nice. I suspect there may have been things in the lanai closet but we were not given the key. The app was helpful to give lots of ideas for food, things to do. They reach out to you on your first day to offer any extra help needed. The beds were fine, those are just one of those things that one person will love but not another. The shower in the master was a bit small but the bathrooms themselves have been upgraded from the original. Plenty of items supplied, shampoo etc. and paper products. I could have used a dirty clothes hamper or basket. No hot sun on lanai in the afternoons. Private and very little road noise. I would stay at this condo again.

Waikoloa gem

Lovely condo, well-equipped, beautifully landscaped complex, great location. We very much enjoyed our stay here, so much so that we already booked for next year. Our bonus was that we had a view (from a distance!) of the Mauna Loa eruption. The glow from it was pretty spectacular.
