The view was amazing!! Communication throughout our stay with Knutson was excellent. We checked in to a very clean condo. Towels were plentiful. We did not cook anything but everything you would need was there. Bed and pillows were comfy. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Best location you can ask for! Walk to anything, and from living room to ocean is 10 steps! Will be back for sure! Pool is also so clean and nice and the grills were great to cook and bring food to the back porch.. so nice

Very nice place, clean and spacious. Amenities were great and the place was stocked nicely. Beautiful ocean views and loved the area in general. Property managers went out of their way to ensure I received my prescription that I left behind at home and needed so badly. Could have been an awful trip without their help and great communication! Loved our stay!

We enjoyed 6 glorious days at this beautifully appointed and remodeled condo. Very well done! We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and everything was within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again! Cheers!

a few suggestions..

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unite was decorated nicely with wide view of ocean. Two bathrooms greatly appreciated. No elevator violates ADA rules, so yo must be healthy and strong to arrive at unit with several flights of stairs.Patio sun shades are not working, jets for hot tub not working, leather coaster in humid weather do not work.Bar chairs are not comfortable for bare feet, closet door guides are painful to bare feet (add tape to mark?)Would be nice to have a source of music. Please mark TV controllers by room bc they were in wrong place and we didn't know the problemPlease supply bug spray for indoors, a serrated knife, and more ice trays.We were celebrating our anniversary so champagne flutes would be nice.Received a 6 am text in response to a question three days before.No lock box with door key so we used the code for entry.

Great place, well stocked

We’ve stayed in a couple other ocean front units at Kona Reef, and this was the nicest of them. Nicely remodeled, and extremely well stocked with high quality items.It has an extra bathroom and larger unit compared to most of the one bedroom units. The outside area is a bit wider too, which gives room for a dining table plus two lounge chairs.The bed was a very good bed, better than other beds we’ve had in Kona Reef units. If there is any one improvement for the unit, a top tier bed would be the one thing I could ask for. Note that is definitely not a complaint; the unit itself is so good that is literally the only improvement I could even think of.Would definitely stay again.

Kona Reef A7 Beachfront

Outstanding rental unit for couple. Completely accurate description. Nice finishes and fully equipped. As close to the breaking waves as you can want, but the shore is rocky and swimmable only by the serious. The management company is excellent.

Lovely stay

Well decorated, very comfy beds - including the hide-a-bed, sharp knives in the kitchen, clean, comfortable, parking included. Great location - can walk to town and half way between exploring north or south island.

Location location location

Our goal was to sit major R&R looking at the ocean & listening to the waves by the hour and we were successful in meeting our goal! Property manager and owner were wonderful.

Honeymoon

Went on our honeymoon . Everything about our stay in this unit was perfect . The view was amazing ! Having a little beach right next door was great! Close proximity to all restaurants and shops ! Very clean ! The A/C kicked ass ! The bed was super comfy ! There were coolers , beach chairs, umbrella . No need to rent anything . Check in was very easy and we were even gifted a little extra time for checkout . The just also checked in with us several times via text just to make sure all was well with the condo . We did not really watch much TV but it all worked well too . hot tub was hot . We will Defenitely stay there again . I cannot recommend this unit enough . ENJOY !!!

Very old property. Needs updating for sure!

We notified the host immediately the toilet seat in the bathroom in the master bedroom was loose. She said it would be taken care of, and it was... the day before we left! The door on that bathroom would not stay on the tracks, so we had to fix it each time, then it wouldn't stay closed. I told the host about it when she told me the handyman was coming. The large sliders are literally a danger! If we closed(slammed) it hard enough to be able to lock it it was literally not possible for me to open it. My husband had to do it. There was a notebook that mentioned the slider, but we were already there. The utensils all had rust, and window coverings were difficult. Beautiful view but too many little negatives for us to recommend or rebook.

Beautiful location

The property was perfect. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the oceanfront patio. Watching the surfers and boaters each day. The sunsets from the patio were stunning There were two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. Plenty of ice in the freezer. I would suggest provide a few more forks😁

Awesome condo

My husband and I stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary and absolutely loved this condo! The ocean view is amazing and literally right outside the lanai. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Great condo, we will be back.

We absolutely loved this vrbo!! We had such great access to the waterfront, grassy area and pool. Kona Reef is the perfect distance to where all the shops and restaurants are. Lisa was communicating with us from the beginning of our trip til the end! Maholo Lisa!!

Great property and location

25ft from the ocean, 75ft from the beach, 10ft from the pool, and .03 mile walk to shopping and restaurants. Condo had all the amenities needed. Beautiful sunsets every night!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Such a wonderful place!

We stayed here for one week, and we couldn’t have been happier with it! We came for the Ironman, and it was perfect distance to walk to all of the festivities down town. It was so nice to be able to drink our coffee on the back patio every morning and watch the surfers. The kitchen had everything we needed to do groceries and cook for ourselves, and we even used the grill at the pool one night. This place was perfect!!
