The villa was comfortable with everything working including AC and WiFi. The view is beautiful , and the home is comfortable. The screens allow breezes but kept the few mosquitos out. Linens and bedding and beds are comfortable. It was a great VRBO rental.

A week in paradise

From start to finish, Richard did an exceptional job as our host. He was very communicative and went out of his way to offer recommendations and even to help arrange services for us prior to arrival. He gave us great advice in all cases. When we arrived at the property we were blown away. The house sits right on the Caribbean ocean and the views from the main part of the home as well as the master suite are breathtaking. The infinity pool offers the same amazing views and the water temperature of the pool was perfect for a dip first thing in the morning or after a day at the beach. We are foodies, and the kitchen is very well equipped with every amenity you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. The basics are largely there in terms of seasonings and some condiments that may have been left by prior guests. We packed some of these things but wouldn’t have had to. The property is on the quieter end of the island. To get to the majority of the upscale resorts and some of the more popular restaurants, it is a 15-25 minute drive, but there are some amazing restaurants right near the home as well. We tried a couple of the local restaurants as well as some at the other end of the island. If you like the beach, this is the right island for you. We visited about a dozen during the week we were there and all were amazing. If you are looking for the perfect place — look no further. This is the one.

Anguilla Family Get Away

Our stay at Villa Bianca was fantastic. The villa was lovely and perfect for our family of six. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 master suite upstairs and the main floor for us all to gather together was the perfect set up. Richard, the owner, was wonderful to work with as we had a couple of things that needed to be tended to...internet connection and pool getting a little cloudy (not unusual for island living). I sent a text to Richard (who was not on island) and his response was immediate and pleasant, and all issues were resolved very quickly. We all had a wonderful vacation, enjoying the Villa, beautiful sunsets, and Island Harbor. We are long time travelers to Anguilla but the first time staying in Island Harbor. We found that we loved the sleepy side of the island and we would definitely stay at Villa Bianca again.Thank you, Stacia Fitch from Portland Maine

Perfect Home Base on Beautiful Anguilla

We had a most wonderful stay at Richard’s home. The house is just as advertised and felt like home the minute we arrived. The views are beautiful, there are multiple areas to enjoy the outdoors, the kitchen is easy to work in, the beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. WiFi worked great as well. The house is located in a quieter corner of the island which we loved, with the “hustle and bustle” (if you can call it that) of the west end less than a half hour leisurely drive away. If you don’t feel like doing the drive, there are some great restaurants within a 10 minutes of the house. We’ve been to many islands and Anguilla is a favorite. Richard could not have been a better host, equally responsive in advance of our stay and during our time on the island. Thank you for your hospitality!

Beautiful week in paradise with friends

There were three couples sharing the villa. It is exactly how described. We spent a lot of time by the pool and to the restaurants that were very nearby. Outdoor furniture was outstanding and plentiful. Communication with the host was amazing. We had one small maintenance issue and he had someone over to fix it very quickly. Kitchen was very well furnished. Thank you Richard for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful views

The property was amazing! The space, the furniture, kitchen, and beds were all great. There was very little to no noise from other properties. The pool was a perfect way to wind down after beach excursions. The owner was very helpful. A lovely vacation!

Beautiful Island Home

We absolutely love Anguilla and have stayed all over the island but we will most definitely return to this home. It’s truly a warm, thoughtful home and not just a rental. The views are stunning. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the AC truly works! We cooked every day in the kitchen. The Island Harbor area is very welcoming and the people are wonderful. Head down to the pier to buy lobster off the boat and cook on the beautiful Viking stove. Above all, Richard loves Anguilla and his beautiful home and wants you to feel the same. He’s very accommodating, responsive and kind. I almost didn’t write this review because this place is such a gem it should be a secret!

Nice Villa

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Bianca. Richard was very responsive and helpful when I had questions prior to our arrival and gave us very detailed directions to the villa. Richard's home is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. Kitchen was well equipped. I would recommend staying here.

Great House on an Amazing Island

Great house, very well outfitted. Everything we needed and didn’t realize we would require was present. Very relaxing trip with the private pool and constant beautiful water views from all 3 levels. My favorite place I have stayed on my favorite island in the Caribbean. Richard was very helpful with any questions and had great suggestions on car rental etc. I’ll be back as soon as I am able. Thanks for sharing your home with us, it was perfect.

Beautiful setting!

Richard was an outstanding host. He was helpful, responsive and thoughtful. It’s obvious he wants his guests to have a wonderful time. The view of the beautiful water is breathtaking. We had dinner on the patio almost every night. Also, the home is literally feet away from the excellent Hibernia restaurant. Thank you, Richard, for allowing us to share your home.

Magic in the British west Indies

Anguilla is a quiet paradise on earth but VERY expensive. We have now celebrated our honeymoon for three weeks in our villa owned by the CHARMING and FRIGHTFULLY KIND owner. His home is a wonderfully thought out pool villa in a very quiet and unspoilt part of the island. In fact- Island Harbour has been chosen best village of Anguilla for several years in a row now. His staff, Randy and Prudence are FABULOUS. One could EASILY spend 10 times as much money, even 50 times as much on this very expensive island but you will then get LESS than what you get from this villa.He is marvellously sweet and patient with his guests and the villa is a fantastic huge HOME for less than 1/3 of the price of a suite in one of the resorts. Island Harbour has the most affordable eating places in the whole of the Island as well. We thoroughly recommend miss Rada of Cultured cuisine, the pizza napoletana, lime keel inn and Everett's place, the Pelican. Randy can supply you with all the fish and shellfish you want and the kitchen is very well supplied. For fancy dining we suggest Veya. The best beach lunches are to be had at Blanchards beach shack and Roy's but tropical sunset serves conch for you when available! In any case don't look elsewhere for accommodation because,quite simply, there is no better house nor any better host than ours!

Breathtaking views from well-appointed villa

Villa Bianca was the perfect spot for my family of five to enjoy Anguilla. The house is beautiful all-around: breathtaking view of the sea, modern and fully appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and baths with air conditioning, lovely pool and deck. The location is Island Harbour, a quieter part of the island close to the amazing Shoal Bay. Since Anguilla is a small island, with a car it's easy to get anywhere. Richard is a super attentive owner, answering questions super fast. Everything went perfectly smoothly for our trip. We recommend Villa Bianca without hesitation

Villa Bianca a delightful island retreat

We have multiple trips to Anguilla and this house was just great for our growing family. The basement level stayed cool for all the kids as did the master suite upstairs which was great given the hot weather we had. The Main level we just let ocean breezes course through. The house was appointed far beyond most rentals.... just stop for groceries and everything else you need will be at the house (we found a pak n play for our littlest one and wish we had known that it was there before renting one for $75). We spent hours in the pool when we weren't at the actual beaches, and quite simply enjoyed the entire house. We had a few "island moments" like no water, the electricity going off island-wide, internet drops, but people need to understand this is part of life here in a place that doesn't have the infrastructure that you may be used to.... when we had questions about these things Richard was the absolute best in communication and if there was something he could make happen he did so quickly.... it is always so reassuring when you can actually get a hold of someone to help when you need it. Highly recommend this beautiful home! Mark

We just returned from our beautiful stay in Anguilla.

Villa Bianca was truly a "home away from home" !! From the minute we arrived we were comfortable, relaxed, and awed by the amazing views. It was a joy to settle in and start "living our lives in paradise! Richard's place was everything and more than we hoped it would be. We would highly recommend this beautiful home for your next visit to Anguilla!!! Can't wait to return😀😎😍

Villa Bianca - a nice home with gorgeous views

The home has the most gorgeous views of the Caribbean ocean from every room. It is a specious, well furnished, clean and a functional home. It is located at a peaceful, quiet and a safe location on the east side of the Island, a couple of minutes from gorgeous Island Harbour bay. It has 3 levels of shaded outdoor spaces with water views, outdoor furniture, and a constant cool breeze. The house is very well equipped with all amenities a family may need. The kitchen had all appliances including a wine refrigerator, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, subzero refrigerator and plenty of dishes. There is a pair of washer and a dryer. The owner has left items such as paper towels, cold bottles of water in the refrigerator, coffee, dish washer detergent, napkins, and many other items that are so nice to have after a long day of traveling. They also left plenty of towels. There is a cleaning lady who is available to clean the house at a very modest fee. Please note that the owners are extremely kind, considerate, and helpful. They have arranged for a taxi driver to drive in front of us and show us the way to the house, and also to show us all house functions. They sent a very helpful list of recommended restaurants and other things to do while on the Island. We stayed for 8 days, and had a wonderful time. We hope to be back. Highly recommended all around.
