Nice setup, clean and not too far from beach. There is a walk to where you can put your chairs. No beach view from cottage.

We want to rent again next summer 2027 July 24-31st if it’s available.

Reviewer Comments: We had another great experience at this lovely cottage!It’s well kept, clean, and nicely appointed as well as near everything especially the beach. Bandaras Market, Good Friends Cafe, Woolfies, Holly’s, Ardeo, Three Fins, Harbor Fox are all close by for good food, coffee, and snacks. The Sundae School and Skippers Chowder House were also wonderful and not too much further away. If you’re a runner/walker, it’s a great location for that as there are ample sidewalks over to West Dennis Beach and beyond. We’ll be back!

Reviewer Comments: We all had a great time the cottage was a perfect fit for my family.The too a were spacious enough, beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Loved the proximity to the beach. We all love this area and have stayed at different places over the years. This was a very nice cottage.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great little cottage with close proximity to the beach. The only complaints were some of the mattresses need to be updated and the coffee maker did not work. You can't beat the location though. It's just a short stroll on the beach to Lighthouse Inn where you can get drinks and food. Would definitely stay again.

All amenities spoken of were available and working. The air conditioning was very welcome as the heat climbed unseasonably high while we were here. This was a much needed rest from the world and we couldn’t have been happier here!

2024 Cape Cod Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was perfect for us. On one side was myself and aunt and uncle who need separate bedrooms. Other side were my three children with their significant others, My son even proposed and the back yard was a great place to celebrate!!! Size, location, cleanliness and all the units had to offer was awesome! A dryer would have been the only item that would have made it perfect! But not sure where it could go. We will definitely rent it again when we know dates!!
