Phoenix VII 1014 - Orange Beach - Sleeps 4 - On the Beach

This condo has everything you'll need to enjoy your beach getaway. A full-size kitchen stocked with all of the basic cooking essentials, bedroom with a comfortable bed and TV, sleeper sofa, dining area and a large balcony providing you with a comfortable spot to relax and take in the gorgeous views!

Entering the condo, the one bedroom is to your right (has direct access to the main bathroom with a tub/shower combo). The living room is spacious with plenty of seating to relax after a day on the beach. Around the corner is the sleek updated kitchen. When dining in, you'll have the option of eating inside around the table for four or enjoying your meal on the balcony.

There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

During your stay, you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pools, racquet ball, tennis courts, sauna, gym, common areas with books and boardgames as well as a coffee bar. There is also a common grilling area with outdoor seating. Everything needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing stay!

Conveniently located to CoastAL, Zeke's Landing and Restaurant, The Gulf, SanRoc Cay Marina, Louisianna Lagniappe, Cobalt and everything fun and delicious that Orange Beach has to offer!

*PARKING PASS: The parking pass fee is collected by Phoenix VII via Vacation Rental Parking Solutions ($55 for stays 10 days or less). Prior to arrival, you will receive an email to register your vehicle and submit payment for your parking pass. There is one (1) parking pass available for this unit.

*AGE RESTRICTION: The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.

*To ensure quality cleans and the best guest experience, NO EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT times are offered.

*BEACH CHAIR and UMBRELLA RENTALS: Beach chair and umbrella rentals are managed by Alabama Beach Chairs. Please contact them directly for pricing and availability.
