This was just the right size for our group of 3 people. It was very clean and cozy. Our beds were comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. I would stay here again!

Great Place Next To Sugar Mtn

Nicely appointed small apartment. One bedroom and a murphy bed in the den/living room. Keurig and coffee maker. Good Wifi. Parking for Sugar Mountain is very close. We were able to get a parking spot right near the lodge because it is so close. Owners are great and explained things well and timely. Thanks for the great stay!

Mike and Stephanie are Florida natives who split their time between FL and NC. Mike was born in Gainesville but grew up in Hickory, NC, hiking and camping in the high country. Stephanie was born and raised in Florida.

We love traveling to NC to enjoy the scenic mountains, the cooler temperatures and local attractions. We enjoy hiking and skiing ā€” and do our best to squeeze every minute of fun we can out of life. We also live by and love the beach!

To us, having a getaway in the mountains or at the beach is to live the good life. So we named our properties the ā€œGood Life Getawayā€.

We added many decorative touches to make the home both comfortable and inspiring to our guests.

When we are not living the good life in NC you may find us in Redington Beach at the tiki bar drinking margaritas. In the fall we can be found at a Tampa Bay Buccaneers football game.

Stay in the heart of Sugar Mountain! Our incredibly comfortable and peaceful condo is within walking distance to Sugar Mtn Ski & Golf Resort. Our location on Briarcliff Rd is as close as you can get to Sugar Mtn Resort.

Relax year round with a full kitchen, king sized bed, covered private and serene deck surrounded by rhododendrons, private picnic table, gas fireplace and so much more. Decorated in a contemporary mountain ski lodge style, you'll have everything you need to enjoy winter sports activities or our wonderful summer and fall seasons.

The Sugar Mountain golf course, tennis/pickleball courts and Caddyshack Cafe are just a 7-minute walk (or 1-minute drive) away and all are open to the public. No membership required! Check out the Grillin' and Chillin' event every Wed night during the summer, with live music, food and more on the Caddyshack deck!

For the summer months, we have a portable AC unit that will cool the entire condo, although it is rarely needed.

You'll be staying just minutes from everything, including Food Lion grocery, numerous restaurants, Town of Banner Elk, Alpine Coaster and easy access to Beech Mtn, Grandfather Mtn and Boone.

Our cute condo is perfect for a couples getaway, but we also have an amazing hidden Murphy bed that will easily accommodate a third guest!
