Comfortable, Relaxing & Enjoyable Home in Tahoe Keys!

Awestruck upon seeing South Lake Tahoe for the first time in 1862, Mark Twain uttered, “It must surely be the fairest picture the whole world affords.”

Come enjoy the fairest picture of South Lake Tahoe year-round in our comfortable, conveniently located, and relaxing Tahoe home. This home is single level, (Approx. 1680 Sq. Ft.) with three bedrooms (plus an additional sleeping area containing a bunk bed located off of the master bedroom) and has two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have flat screen televisions, master Bedroom has DVD player and the living room has a 55 inch flat screen with a DVD player. We also have three fireplaces - two gas fireplaces inside and another outside on the deck, Deck also equipped with a Weber gas barbecue and teak patio set! The kitchen comes well equipped with appliances and basic cooking supplies. Our laundry has a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron for guests’ convenience. Please reference the last picture posted on my add it is a to scale sketch of the floor plan of my home and includes size and number of beds in each bedroom.

Lake Tahoe makes a perfect vacation paradise no matter what time of year! In the winter, guests can choose from numerous ski resorts in the Tahoe Basin. The prestigious Heavenly is located only 5 miles away and boasts the largest snow making and grooming fleet on the West Coast ! The views from atop Heavenly are absolutely breathtaking. Alternatively, select from an abundance of trails for Nordic skiing, snow shoeing, and snowmobiling.

During the summer, activities include Swimming, hiking, biking, rock climbing, boating, sailing, kayaking, fishing, and horseback riding. Guests can even take a dinner tour of Lake Tahoe aboard the Tahoe Queen. Or simply relax on the deck with a good book and cool beverage!

Our home is conveniently located in the community of South Lake Tahoe .
Please note As more than one potential guest sometimes inquire about the same date, no rental is final until the Rental Agreement/Lease, and payment form are returned to owner completely filled out, and Credit Card payment is approved. Sorry No Pets/No Smoking, Please. Thank You.
PS. There is no boat dock, or Hot Tub/ Spa at my home. Sorry for that Folks.

Great location and lovely host

Tom was wonderful to work with and the location of this property can’t be beat. Short walk or bike to the beach, close to the state line, and plenty of room for your group.

A lovely little property in the Tahoe Keys

My friends and I checked in and found the place clean, nicely decorated, and well-kept. Communication from the owner was clear and contained all of the info we needed. We even saw a black bear on the property!

Great stay

This house feels like a home and has everything needed. The large sunny dining room was a nice place to gather to eat and play board games. The large sectional couch was very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Great House in Tahoe Keys

great house. great location. lots of dishes/cups. lots of pots/pans (though some of the were a little old and scratched up). We still enjoyed the house. bathrooms/kitchen a little dated. but it was all that we needed, and a great value. thank you! Would stay again.

Great for a quick family trip!!

Communication with owner was perfect!! We stayed for a long weekend to attend a family wedding. Our party consisted of ourselves and our adult children and their spouses. Couch was super comfy- beds were okay. The place is clean and stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Bucket List Vacation

Lake Tahoe has been on our Bucket List to visit and being able to stay in this home just made it better. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, clean and comfortable. It was nice to come back to at the end of the day to relax.

Excellent location

We had such a great experience at Toms place. It was exactly as posted, with plenary of rooms and space for our family of 6 with an infant. The kitchen was stocked with condiments and all the essential Cooking utensils. We loved how the home had some bikes in the garage. We were able to bike around to the local beaches and restaurants. Awesome location and excellent communication with the owner. We would love to stay again!

Great, easy property

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The listing is accurate and the house is lovely, clean and spacious. Tom was really receptive and helpful. Lots of instructions and notes about how to make your stay easy. Would love to return soon!

Convenient and quiet

Great living room space for a toddler to play. We did have to put a bar stool in front of the gas heated fireplace because the pilot is always on and the glass was hot to the touch and our little one is at an exploring age. Convenient for multiple family members. Convenient location. Everything works as expected.

Great spade great manager

Property owner very easy to work with . We had requested to check out late but he was unable to do that because of new renters coming in . When the renters had to cancel he extended our check out time! Nice home with great space ! Would rent again !!

Great home for family stay

The house was the perfect size for our family. We didn’t feel crowded at all. It was clean and had a nice deck and patio. Also loved having bikes to ride to the beach!

Family Celebration

To celebrate two high school graduations I met my cousins and their grandkids, both are off to college in the fall and we wanted to show them a great time out west ( they live in small town Ohio) Tom's place was perfect for us. We loved the location and all of the options for activities. Tom was really gracious about helping us set up fishing trips, restaurants, rafting, we even went to the Reno rodeo. The house had absolutely everything that we needed. Cant wait to go back, great trip!

VRBO listing accurate. Not decorated in modern motif but clean and comfortable. As a retired chef I found kitchen stove exasperating but managed to avoid going hungry. Would return without hesitation and come with a couple more rolls of paper products. Tom is attentive and responsive to our needs and interests.

Great getaway

Originally rented the property for a December but we had to reschedule. Tom was super accommodating and made the process easy. The house was clean, in a great location and well stocked. The weather couldn't have been any nicer!

Tahoe Keys - Tom's place is great!

Tom's place is an excellent choice for a Tahoe getaway. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, easy to check in/out, spacious and perfect for a family or a group. I highly recommend and would stay there again!

Awestruck upon seeing South Lake Tahoe for the first time in 1862, Mark Twain uttered, “It must surely be the fairest picture the whole world affords.” I call it a slice of heaven and tell people my blood pressure drops by 15 points upon arrival.
