Cottage was wonderful. Appreciated all the amenities upon our arrival - coffe, shampoo and such.

We were very pleased with all the cottage had to offer - beach access, close to village and restaurants, shady porch, close to casinos and gondola. We were there for one month and found it very relaxing. Amenities inside the cottage were much appreciated. Over all a wonderful stay.

Tahoe Tour

I was born and raised in SLT moved to Oceanside Ca. I couldn't wait to bring friends to my home town. This house worked out amazingly and made for a great trip all 7 of us and 2 dogs had a blast! Definitely would suggest to people.

Fantastic, comfortable and well-equipped in a great location

This house is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from the heart of the town, 5 from the beach and yet on a quiet street set among the trees. It was cosy even on the coldest days, with a toasty fireplace and plenty to keep you entertained in the middle of a snowstorm. A great selection of TV, puzzles, games and a few books with comfy seating and an enormous dining table. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are loads of extras including herbs and spices, coffee, dishwasher and washing pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are bigger than they look in the pictures with plenty of headroom. Both shower rooms are nicely tiled and plenty towels and hand towels provided. The snow clearing service was great! Thanks for a great holiday.

Excellent location, great stay

My husband and I spent 35 days here with our two small dogs. We had friends fly in and out and overall had an amazing time. A few notes: -Location is excellent. Restaurants, the beach, etc. are all walkable. -Property owner was very responsive and wonderful to work with. Yes, she lives next door, but we didn't have any issue with this and appreciated her checking in a couple of times throughout our stay. -The house was furnished very well - comfy beds, plenty of places to sit - and the kitchen was stocked very well. We had any pan, utensil, etc. we would need and were even happy to see a rice cooker. -I work remotely so having an excellent wifi connection was extremely helpful. Quite literally, the only CON about this property is the that the walls are PAPER THIN. While it seemed we didn't have neighbors for a good portion of our stay, we could hear entire conversations and other things when there were people there. Depending on when you're staying and who is staying with you, that would be the only thing to consider.

Location, location, location

The location for this house was perfect! Walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and casinos. The downstairs was spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms upstairs were small, the beds were rickety and lacking outlets. The home is a duplex and you can hear your neighbors. Bathrooms were very small and did not have any vanity space. There is no ac in the house and it was HOT. there was a fan provided in each room but it wasnā€™t enough, it was very uncomfortable especially sleeping at night. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice having a w/d and cable!ā€ Overall we enjoyed our stay, and our host was very communicative.

Lovely Stay in Lake Tahoe

Our family spent a wonderful week in South Lake Tahoe. We've always stayed in the area and love it's proximity to the lake, hiking trails, restaurants, etc. Ashley's place and location was perfect for our family. It was very quiet, yet close to everything. She was a great host who accommodated us and provided a superb vacation rental. We can't wait to go back.

S. Lake Tahoe Getaway

The online pictures don't do justice to how nice this property was. I had another friend rent the other side of the house, so it was a spacious house with room for everyone. The house was also fully stocked, so it was easy to grill and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Loved the large dining table to have a big family dinner.

Amazing Vacation Rental

We stayed for 4 nights to spend some quality family time together. The place was just fantastic. It was completely comfortable, clean, thoughtfully decorated, in a great neighborhood and close to so many fun things. The kitchen was so well stocked and organized and, we many made family meals and memories together. I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and cozy

We had a quick trip planned for my husband and his two employees but unfortunately, one fell ill and couldn't attend. Not wanting the other bedroom to be left empty, we decided to have our kids come (and me!) and to get another weekend in of ski and boarding. My children are ages 8 and 11 and they both loved the house. We felt the beds were comfortable and the home was VERY well cleaned. We are a quiet family so sharing a wall with another renter was no problem for us. You can tell the walls are pretty thin but luckily the other family was pretty quiet too! Everything was easy to find and labeled easily. I did find the upstairs to be chilly when turning in for the night and I wish I had an extra blanket or two... but I also sleep under a lot of blankets at home if needed for warmth. I would stay here again!

Perfect Tahoe stay for kids, adults and dog!

This house was a little bigger than we needed, but our friends booked the attached cabin and it was perfect! We had our own space but the conjoined doors meant the kids got to play in both houses with lots of space. Impressed with the quality of bedding, the well stocked kitchen and proximity to skiing, the lake, and casinos. Safe enough to walk late night after partying at the casinos. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed patio and laying by the fireplace. Would definitely plan to visit again, especially with extended family in the conjoined cabin.

Clean and Cozy, Good Location

This home was quite nice. It was totally clean; beds were comfortable; sectional couch comfy and kitchen pretty well-stocked. We appreciated that kitchen drawers and cabinets were labeled so we didn't have to search for things. There were only two of us, but I think six plus could stay very comfortably here.
