This light filled, second floor corner unit, located in the heart of the Village of South Walton in ever-popular Seacrest Beach, is nestled steps between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It is close to a variety of dining and shopping – and of course the beach, where beautiful sunsets can be appreciated! It’s the perfect getaway destination for two or a beginning family with a little one!

Located in The Village of South Walton located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, this newly renovated studio styled condo is the perfect weekender. The Village of South Walton is a small cluster of attractive European styled brick buildings centered on a lush green that features specialty shops, restaurants and live free music during the spring and summer. This 2nd floor corner unit is a cozy 422 SqFt, as compared to ~300 SqFt for the typical studios in the building, and faces both 30A and Peddlers Pavilion.

This condo comes complete with a plush king bed and a 65” UHD Smart flat screen television. The kitchenette is equipped with granite counter-tops, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave and mini fridge. Wireless high speed Internet service and cable television are included.

Unit comes with a starter set of coffee (Keurig pods), toilet paper and paper towels, as well as conditioner, shampoo, and soap.

As a guest The Village, you will have access to our newly renovated onsite resort amenity complex featuring two pools, hot tub and fountain located steps from the studio. You will have access to complimentary beach tram to the beach. Restaurants, shops, biking trails, splash pad, and entertainment are just steps from the studio.

Amenity Wristbands are found inside of the unit. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the new resort pools at The Village (across from Building G) as well as the private beach access and the Village tram.

Beach Access: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler’s Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance and the large lifeguard chair). All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to gain access to the beach through Sunset Beach.

Tram Info: Free tram service to/from The Village and Sunset Beach access is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March to October, 9am-5pm CST. Tram departs from The Village resort pool area every 20 minutes. All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram.

Propane Grills: Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area.

Credit card operated washers and dryers are located right outside the studio, making it easy to wash any items during you stay or before returning home.

The village complex has a large parking lot and you are welcome to park anywhere in the lot as available. There is no assigned parking. Parking can gut busy, but rarely is there an issue finding a space.

Access to complimentary seasonal events thrown by Seacrest and our neighboring beaches – Rosemary and Alys Beach are available. Local websites (sorry, can't post here) are available to list coming events.

It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach down shaded pathways, or simply call the free beach shuttle for a ride to the beach! Access to the beach is operated through Sunset Beach and that is located down the street and across from the 15 foot Life Guard Chair. The Village includes family restaurants, an ice cream shop, boutiques, and bike rentals. We are just steps away from Rosemary Beach with additional restaurants, coffee shops, and more boutiques. Explore the 19 mile path that runs directly in front of the complex and extends all along Scenic 30A. It takes you to several beach communities including Alys, Seaside, Watercolor, Watersound, and Seagrove. Along the way enjoy the shops, art -galleries, restaurants, state parks, concerts, and festivals that make 30A such a unique vacation destination.

The Village has a ton of parking! No worries about finding a parking spot. Free Shuttle (pick up right at the pool) takes you from the Village to the Beach. Most guest park and don’t even get back into their car until they leave. You can walk to everything (shopping, dining, fun, etc.) or bike it!
