Beautiful High End 1 Bed / 1 Bath Carriage House

Beautiful studio layout carriage house located in Inlet beach and adjacent to most popular 30A destination, Rosemery Beach. The property is located immediately across from the rosemary beach tennis courts and a short walk of 300 yards to the beach. The property does not provide access to Rosemery Beach pools, beaches, or walkways. Nearest beach access with beach chair service is approximately 0.5 miles away.

Carriage house is finished with high end furniture, appliances, and accessories. Queen size bed and 7-foot sofa (does not pull out) available for sleeping. The carriage house is designed for couples but the sofa can be used comfortably for a child or small adult.

Please make sure to report the correct number of the guests.
There is a 150$ fee per night for any unreported guest.

Street legal golf cart is available (120$/day or 700$/week)

**This property does not offer access to the Rosemary Beach Pools or Rosemery Beach Access.

Also available for rental is the adjacent 4br/4.5 br main house with a discount if both are rented simultaneously (VRBO Listing #481176).

Perfect getaway

My daughter and I took a quick trip to Rosemary beach and had a wonderful stay at the Carriage House. It’s the perfect location with a quick bike ride or walk to the beach and square. The hosts are wonderful.

Perfect Spot

The carriage house was located in the perfect spot. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The manager, Dina, was beyond attentive and took care of all my needs.. I would highly recommend this place and plan on coming back!

Great trip

The rental was lovely and location was great. The only complaint I have is that you have to enter the street through what seems to be a construction zone and the back side of several work areas. Otherwise loved our stay!

Awesome little getaway

We loved staying here. It was the perfect beach weekend hangout. The only thing I would change is it needs a mini refrigerator. The wine cooler worked ok. Just think a refrigerator would be better for food storage.

Perfect Location 🚲🏖🎾🥞

My husband and I have stayed on the panhandle since we were teenagers. Santa Rosa is our favorite since we are foodies. We wanted a quick affordable stay in a prime location. This is it. Access to bikes, walk to restaurants and short way to the beach. We rode the bikes to almost everything. Thanks for a relaxing stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BabyMoon spot

Overall this was a great property! My husband and I came to Rosemary beach for our babyMoon and the location of this VRBO was perfect! It’s walking distance to the public beach ( I was 31 weeks pregnant and had no problem walking ), walking distance to downtown Rosemary and just a bike ride away from Alys beach and some other local spots! The inside of the VRBO was clean, stayed cool and had plenty of room for two people. We met the owner on our last day there and she was very sweet! Overall 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The location of the property is great but the house is in need of maintenance. The space is small and cramped. The shower had low water pressure and very little hot water. There is no outdoor space and the kitchenette is not very usable.

Potentially good property

It's described as a high end property and if cleaned up it might be. There are vines growing all over the stairs and onto the porch. Weeds all over the place, the exterior hasn't been painted in a long time. The inside finishes are fine but the decorating looks like they grabbed anything leftover and put it in there. The most frustrating part is that the door is the most difficult door I've ever operated. When you are tired coming off the beach its the last thing that you want. We were provided 1 roll of toilet paper and two towels. For Rosemary prices I expect Rosemary quality

Carriage House Review

Unfortunately our stay started off very rocky when we were not able to get into the property, thus displacing us for the first evening on our vacation. The property manager did not provide instructions in their email to us, and said they were attached to an email. There was no attachment… in addition there was no help provided by the property manager when were reached out multiple times, spending hours on the phone with VRBO until we got alternate accommodations. After this whole fiasco, we finally got word from the owner and got into the property, which met our expectations from there.

Great Location/Not Well Kept

We were on our honeymoon and we loved location. Very accessible to the beach and Rosemary. BUT we walked into our home for the week and were bummed. The refrigerator was a WINE REFRIGERATOR. We had to get creative with how we stored our food. There was a tiny freezer by the tv entertainment center. We were also upset at the kitchen supplies… if you want to cook, there is a pan, and a baby spoon. Terribly prepared with kitchen supplies. So the pictures you are looking at our OUTDATED. Don’t plan on washing your hair, I had to go to Ulta to get my hair washed because the shower trickles with water and there is no water pressure. The couch is stained so we just grabbed a sheet to cover it. And if you are there than more than a week, ask for more wash cloths and towels.

Nice location

This property is in a great location and would have been perfect if the property had been cleaned. When we arrived the bathroom was dirty and there was hair throughout the studio. We contacted the owners to let them know that it had not been cleaned and they had someone come back and clean it. It wouldn't have been that big of an issue if the owners had responded to our call and email, but rather we had to speak with the cleaning crew that wasn't very professional about the fact that they didn't clean. This isn't something you should have to worry about on vacation and being on the phone with a cleaning crew wasn't something I was expecting I would have to do. Hopefully, the owners can make sure the cleaning crew is cleaning the studio before guests arrive and hoping this was just a one time mistake.
