Premier Condo! 1 King Bedroom + Sleeper Sofa, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 1-4), Smart TV, Wifi, RR bldg 4, # 8350, NO HIDDEN FEES!! (Our rate is the rate! we only charge additional taxes as required by law!)

This wonderful, unique, one bedroom condo is located at Residencias Reef on the top floor for the best view. This community is a premier gated condominium property. The complex is made up of four 3-story low-rise buildings. The grounds are large enough to feel spacious, but small enough to have that very special 5 Star resort feel. There is a perfectly oriented ocean view pool and private walk-in beach. There are two private heated pools, and a rooftop solarium with a bathroom and outdoor shower to cool off. The grounds are wonderfully landscaped and very well groomed. The white sandy beach is perfectly maintained with plenty of lounge chairs and thatch Palapas for a mix of shade and sun. Just north, the Secrets pier provides a convenient pick-up spot to go diving or fishing. A fee of 10$ applies to guests using the Secrets pier for boat access but you can walk a little farther south down the beach and use the Paradise pier for free.

The condo is extremely well appointed with quality furnishings including 2 recliners, a sleeper sofa, linens, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need; Plenty of Bottled water, coffee maker w/ k-cup option, toaster, blender, pots and pans, an electric Grill, air fryer, and more. There is free U.S. calling, wireless 2g /5g Internet in the condo and at both pools and we have Amazon fire sticks on both TV's; a 60" big-screen Smart TV in the living room and a 2nd smart TV in the Bedroom. There are two AC units in the condo and ceiling fans. This condo has the best view in building 4 and the easiest access to the rooftop solarium which includes a 2nd bathroom, great view, and convenient semi-private lounging or gaming options.

If you want more action a three minute stroll south down the beach will take you to several beachside restaurant-bar / beach club establishments with a full array of watersports including Sea-doos, sailboats and parasailing.

Highly recommend! Great condo and complex in south part of the island. The main pool and beach area were 5 star plus. Location was close to several popular activities. Communication from host and property manager was professional andhelpful.

I have rented several times from VRBO and at this resort. All I can say is the owners responded ASAP when we needed something which made us feel at home. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture, which is a plus for Mexico.

Perfect getaway

My stay was nothing short of fantastic! The access to scuba trips was easy. The condo grounds were very well kept. I enjoyed getting to know the local community and had many great meals where the locals eat away from the touristy places. I will be returning many times to this place !!

Relaxing and soaking up some rays

Condo was as described and shown in pics. Owner and manger provided detailed info, guides on where to eat and location of stores/ other amenities on the island. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this location in mind for future return trips to Cozumel.

Beautiful stay

The stay here exceeded our expectation and the pictures don’t do it justice, just beautiful! The condo was super clean, cleaning staff came 3x/week and left the place immaculate. Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, cannot recommended enough!

Awesome property and unit

We've stayed here before and will again. This unit is in a great location, very clean and well appointed. The management is spot on and they addressed our very few concerns immediately. We will never stay at a hotel in Cozumel again.

Just perfect

Annual warm water dive trip and first time to Cozumel. Casa Mar was fantastic, the best most stocked condo we have stayed at. Matt and Elizabeth were awesome and great communication. Dove with Dive with Martin and they picked us up every morning at the pier right by the condo. Plenty of places to eat close by.

Condo was exactly as described! Everything you need and then some. We will definitely come back to stay. Maybe some directions in English on how to use the washer but other than that it truly couldn't have been better!

Perfect Stay

Property was just as described. I can't tell you how much we LOVED the decor, art work, quality linens etc. The only thing I had trouble with was working the oven but that is because I don't own a convection oven. Great balcony and view. Definitely walk over to Dona Chely's for breakfast while staying there. If we visit Cozumel we would 100% stay at this property again.

Plenty of space and a great tropical view

Of all of the places we've stayed through the years this one is our favorite. It's very clean and spacious. The Residencias Reef "resort" was just beautiful! And so well maintained. We were impressed with how well the rental was laid out with plenty of space. The Wifi worked well the whole time. The pool was very well maintained. The maid service cleaners were polite and thorough. The whole kitchen was well stocked. We felt very safe the entire time. We plan on returning to this specific rental again!

Diver’s Delight

This unit is perfect for divers and non divers alike. The views of the water, sandy beach, and pools are outstanding. The unit comes well equipped with everything you’ll need for a relaxing get away. The owner, Ross, is great to with and responds to messages or questions very quickly. My son and I were absolutely thrilled with the property. I would recommend Residencias Reef and unit 8350 without hesitation. We will be back!

You will not be disappointed

Wonderful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. Very Very well provisioned. Plenty of room and storage. The whole complex is well maintained and is gated. Awesome beach that is groomed everyday. 2 pools that are great for taking a break from the beach. Good facilities. If your looking to visit Cozumel and want to be away from the hustle and bustle of town this is perfect. Always great communication from owner and manager. cleaning staff did an excellent job. Felt safe and secure and again just a great set up.

Everything they say is TRUE!

My wife and I stayed at this location at Residencias Reef for a week in February and hated to leave. The condo was 5 star gorgeous, the two pools were immaculate (and heated), the landscaping and grounds were perfect, and the beach was great. The view from the balcony was nice as well. Loved the welcome basket, Dish TV, and WIFI. The magic jack phone made it easy to call the States toll free. We rented a car and felt very safe traveling all over the island but the extra security at the Reefs was comforting. I really can't say enough about the time we spent there. We hope to make it back someday.

Residencias Reef is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Cozumel. The private beach is wonderful and relaxing. There is an incredible view of the ocean from the 3rd floor and the complex is located on the water. With 2 great heated pools to enjoy and access to private pier water sports are at your door. There are 2 rinse tanks by the main pool for divers and snorkelers plus we have our own on the Lanai. The grounds are beautiful, private and so peaceful. We purchased this condo in 2016 after discovering the amazing diving available at Cozumel. Now, after 10 years traveling to the island it truly is our 2nd home and we come to enjoy all the great things available on land or in the sea.

Fulvio manages this property and we do our best to make sure the property will exceed your expectations. To get your vacation started we leave coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and spices in the unit. We also leave paper products and cleaning supplies in the condo as well as a water cooler with plenty of drinking and cooking water for your stay.
There is a notebook in the condo with a list of helpful tips, our favorite restaurants and Island activities. We try to think of everything to make your stay a great one but if there is anything you need Fulvio and his staff are available to assist.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

RR 8350 has one of the best views at Residencias reef and it is one of the best equipped condos available, if you might want it, we probably have it. We are continuously updating the condo to make sure it is the nicest one bedroom available. We have recently updated the Bed Set, Dining set, Shower with glass doors and a built in seat. The blinds are brand new and include full power on the ocean side and the option of full blackout or shear blinds in the bedroom. For all your beach activities we have a large drying rack and wet bar on the patio with a private rinse tank for your dive gear.
