This 8500 sq foot luxury lakehouse is the house you`ll want to create your vacation memories that will make you want to come back year after year! Located in the prettiest section of the lake, you will find majestic views of the smith mountain lake and its mountains in most rooms of the home.

This home is set up perfectly for entertaining. Enjoy family, friends, holidays, corporate outings, mini weddings or gatherings of any kind! Our home has 6 bedrooms and 5 flex rooms (see additional photos for flex room photos). There are 3 King beds, 6 Queen beds, two rooms with dual Twin beds and one Twin daybed (the only bed that is not in a room with a door). There are also 6 full bathrooms in the home. We have 3 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 huge refrigerators/freezers, 2 additional refrigerators/freezer in garage and in boat house, mini fridge/freezer downstairs. Ample seating and comfort throughout the house. Some special highlights of our home include: literally the BEST VIEWS on the lake, pool table with ping pong attachment, smart TV`s throughout the house, ice making drawer and 2 drink drawers in kitchen, extra large dock, kayaks, paddle boarding, outdoor shower, jetted hot tub that is cleaned weekly, fishing off the dock, star gazing, ambient lighting inside and out, stylish and tasteful decor, wind proof balcony awning, access to use one boat lift and one jetski lift, everything you`ll need for entertaining. Some additional features that you`ll enjoy: Grill, bench swing by the water line, well taken care of landscaping, plush beds, bedding and pillows, dock swings, hammocks.

Staying in our fair share of short term rentals ourselves, we understand what it takes to make someones vacation special and memorable. We have done as much as possible to think of everything we could to help you relax and just soak it all in. We have included a pack and play, 2 high chairs and silicone sippy cups, plates, cups, bibs and silverware if you have a small child with you. All beds have linens provided. All bathrooms have towels and washcloths provided along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you have any additional suggestions during your stay, we would love to hear what we can add. Our home is dog friendly but limited to 2 dogs only. Please do not let any dogs in the home when wet and please do not let any dogs on the beds or furniture. We want to keep our home pristine for all to enjoy! Leashes required outside of property.
