Spacious, classic, older style 7 bedroom/4 bath beach home located across the street from the beach with ocean views. Key Features include: large private pool with pool furniture and privacy fence surrounding the entire back yard, outdoor beach shower, large second floor sundeck, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, cable television, WiFi, ceiling fans in every bedroom, outdoor gas grill (propane tanks may be exchanged at Island Realty office during normal business hours), and a custom made regulation size billiard table is located between the dining area and the living room.

Fireplace is not for guest use. Linens included. No smoking. Dogs allowed with $200 non-refundable fee (Max. 2 dogs).

Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals. **** Starter kits/toiletries include small dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom, starter size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bar.

*This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 5/31/25 to 8/16/25; 3 night minimum in offseason.*

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place to stay with easy beach access. Kind of basic place, but plenty of room for all 13 of us. The beds were comfortable, the couch was not. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a crowd. The pool looked fun but not heated for winter. We enjoyed staying here and would stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

This was a great place for my family to stay. We were in SC for a family wedding. The location was perfect, right on the beach & the house had everything we needed - it was exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

House had plenty of space for a large family and super access to the beach. My only complaint is very minor. I'd like to see more shelf space and towel hooks in the bathrooms. I'd highly recommend the house to anyone and I'd highly recommend Island Realty. I've used them probably 15 times and never had an issue one time.

Great house for a large group

This is a nice house for a large group. We were 11 adults, 2 teens and 2 little ones, but never felt crowded. Beach access is very convenient, and the pool and other amenities were comfortable and as advertised. We appreciated that carts, chairs and ocean /pool toys were already there if you needed some. The second fridge and the pool table were handy. We come to IOP often, and although this is not the most luxurious house we have rented, it is probably our favorite for the location/price.

Plenty of room for each family to have a retreat when needed. Kitchen well stocked and the front porch was great (for November) with plenty of warmth and sunshine. Very pleasant stay!

Right across the street from the beach in this beautiful town of Isle of palms. The front balcony on a rocker was my favorite place to be. We brought 2 dogs which had the times of their lives , with the fenced in backyard and the beach as a playground. The inside needs a bit of updating, but it was clean and comfortable.

Great Place for a Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place for a family - the only thing missing was an elevator for the oldest members of our multi-generational crew. The lay-out works well, with the ability to close off sleeping areas from the kitchen and living areas, and the deck is absolutely wonderful! Location is good - very close to the beach entry and not far from "town". The kitchen is equipped well, which is important as we cook a lot. Our only problem was that the air conditioning didn't work - perhaps off for the season as it was December, but the weather was unusually warm and we would have used it as it got a bit stuffy inside at times. We would definitely rent this place again!

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at 3 PM we hoped to check-in said that the property was not ready so they would call us when call from IR...we drove by the property and no one was cleaning...we returned to IR at 4 - still no call from them...got checked in and went to was not clean - had dust under furniture, downstairs bathrooms had hair in showers, only 1 roll of tissue in each bathroom, no extra towels, dust, sand on floor and there was dog hair on sofa upstairs. This was not like the Island Realty that we have dealth with in the past. Needless to say - very addition, there were spiders upstairs in the corners...we left it cleaner than we found it...was in a great location...housekpeeing was very much sub-par...even talked to the housekeeping service person who had had some oral surgery - she came to reclean but could not tell that anything had been done (we left for dinner Thur. evening - should have been clean prior to our arrival...)

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year in a row staying here. Right Across the street from beach access, but there’s s beach access every 4-5 houses, so very convenient, 1/2 mile from the beachfront area restaurants. Last year we were thinking it’s in middle of renovation since nice updated bathrooms down stairs and one upstairs. The other bath between rooms is 1960’s looking, closet doors haven’t been fixed in over 2 yrs or more. Mismatched Old furniture everywhere but the biggest negative fir us this year was the lack of cleanliness. Glass table top in front of L couch was sticky and not even wiped off, food debris in the edge track, wood floors not swept or wiped up from spilled drinks. Close to half the kitchen utensils, knives and forks had stuck on food. Cutting knives were dull, cutting boards need to be tossed, we found 2 glass bowls we forgot and left last year. We left them again as the kitchen needs them. Lack of food containers for leftovers. It gets busy on the weekends when the local college crowd comes to the beach. We enjoyed IOP fir 2 yrs but the lack of cleanliness this last time will push us to vacation elsewhere.

Family Get Together

Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate regarding location & layout. 13 of us stayed there, two sets of grandparents plus kids & grand kids so we used all 7 bedrooms. The location was great. The 4th of July parade went right in front of the house which we watched from the front balcony while having our morning coffee. We were also able to see a terrific fire works display just up the road that night also from the balcony. Access to the beach was just across the street and one house up. It would have bee helpful if the description said there were beach chairs & stuff available. We didn't know so we rented some. The pool table & pool were a huge hit with all three generations. It would have been nice if pool towels had been provided. We cooked in very night but one and found the kitchen well supplied with everything we needed. The concierge women (Amanda I believe) was very helpful and patient helping us find a restaurant at the last minute for 8 people who decided they needed one night of eating out sea food. I would recommend they upgrade the outside shower which was really unusable. We used the garden hose next to it to wash off our legs & feet after returning from the beach. The property was clean and it worked very well for our big crew. Oh and the air conditioning worked just fine. We set it on 70 and stayed very comfortable day & night.

The younger people in our group walked to the bars and restaurants. Beach access is directly in front of this property. The kitchen had what we needed. We called Island Realty for more towels and they provided them promptly. My entire group had only positive things to say about the house. I highly recommend it!
