Spacious, classic, older style 7 bedroom/4 bath beach home located across the street from the beach with ocean views. Key Features include: large private pool with pool furniture and privacy fence surrounding the entire back yard, outdoor beach shower, large second floor sundeck, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, cable television, WiFi, ceiling fans in every bedroom, outdoor gas grill (propane tanks may be exchanged at Island Realty office during normal business hours), and a custom made regulation size billiard table is located between the dining area and the living room.

Fireplace is not for guest use. Linens included. No smoking. Dogs allowed with $200 non-refundable fee (Max. 2 dogs).

Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals. **** Starter kits/toiletries include small dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom, starter size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, cleansing bar.

*This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 5/31/25 to 8/16/25; 3 night minimum in offseason.*

We had 14 people celebrating an 80th Birthday.. The house fit us all very comfortable. We had a bathroom issue and Maintenance came out on a Sunday to correct the problem.Very happy we rented.

Amazing house and location!! Right across from a beach access, large driveway and private pool! What more could you want!! Loved the front porch with all the rocking chairs. The house had more than enough beds, was very homey and perfect for our trip!! Beds were comfy, very clean!! Check in and out directions were clear and easy! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and hope to be back again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable inconvenient to the beach. Pool was a nice refresher in the afternoon. We would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very well equipped for what we needed. There were beach toys, as well as pool floats available at the home which we did not expect. The beds were extremely comfortable. and there were more than enough towels available for the entire family. We did have a few maintenance issues as well as television issues when we first checked in. But maintenance was quick to come and resolve those issues. The backyard does need some maintenance. The grass did need to be cut, and there was a lot of tree droppings such as acorns and leaves around the pool and in the pool. There’s also not an outside light that we could locate for the backyard. But overall, we had a wonderful time. We were in town for a family destination wedding, and this gave us plenty of space for all of our family. Even though the house was a little out of our price range, we did what we had to do to make sure we were there for my grandson‘s wedding.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed there were many things to do inside the house such as games, pool table,books to read. A nice living room where everyone could gather. The house was very conveniently located clean and beautifully decorated. It was a delightful place to stay and so close to the beach.

Beach/pool towels would have been nice. We were disappointed by the backyard, no grass to lay and not enough chairs for all. Having guests buy trash bags was also a hassle .

Amazing Stay!

This was a great place for my family to stay. We were in SC for a family wedding. The location was perfect, right on the beach & the house had everything we needed - it was exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

House had plenty of space for a large family and super access to the beach. My only complaint is very minor. I'd like to see more shelf space and towel hooks in the bathrooms. I'd highly recommend the house to anyone and I'd highly recommend Island Realty. I've used them probably 15 times and never had an issue one time.

We loved the rockers on the front porch! The back yard is awesome! We will definitely be back next year.

Great house for a large group

This is a nice house for a large group. We were 11 adults, 2 teens and 2 little ones, but never felt crowded. Beach access is very convenient, and the pool and other amenities were comfortable and as advertised. We appreciated that carts, chairs and ocean /pool toys were already there if you needed some. The second fridge and the pool table were handy. We come to IOP often, and although this is not the most luxurious house we have rented, it is probably our favorite for the location/price.

Family Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding in Charleston. Though I was busy helping with wedding preparations, the rest of the family stayed busy at the beach or in the pool. The location was great with easy beach access. Plenty of room for each family to have a retreat when needed. Kitchen well stocked and the front porch was great (for November) with plenty of warmth and sunshine. Very pleasant stay!

Great Space

Reviewer Comments: We only had 3 guys under 6’5” tall in our group of 13, including two 6’10” Everyone slept comfortably in either one of the four twin beds or sharing a one of the Kings. If that doesn’t speak to the size, I don’t know what does. Right across from beach access point. Private pool. Will come back with other groups
