- A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to fully confirm this reservation

- PARKING LIMIT: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. There is one driveway space & one visitor space.
- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30-day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
