This unit is just steps from the community pool and boardwalk to the beach.  Downstairs patio and upstairs balcony provide breath taking ocean views.  Private two car garage leading into the laundry room and kitchen. This unit has a 2 car garage along with a driveway to provide parking for more vehicles. Beach chairs, beach toys and floats are there for your use. New flooring and paint throughout.  Full width of unit patio/balcony on 1st and 2nd floors.  The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances. There is a half bath located downstairs for convenience. As well as being equipped with premium cable and wifi, there are TV's are located in all bedrooms and living room.  Fireplace in the living room has electric fire logs.  This unit also has a washer and dryer. There is a half bath is located downstairs as well. Upstairs, the master suite with Queen bed and an in-suite bathroom, which includes a garden tub and a walk in shower. Guest room has a Queen bed and full bathroom. Third guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds and one pullout Twin sofa in this spacious sitting area with full bath. This unit is on the end of a cul de sac which makes for very little travel and safe for the kids.

Downtown is only a 15 minute drive, where you will find our city marina, loads of quaint shops and restaurants and wonderful ice cream and coffee shops.

The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club and Beach Club of Amelia Island. Not all property owners are members of this exclusive resort and club. Guests of this unit can enjoy access to these resort amenities which include: the private and gated Beach Club of Amelia Island, the oceanfront pool, Beach Club bar & grill, lighted tennis courts and access to the beautiful ocean front golf course at the Ritz Carlton (at significant discounts to standard greens fees). Amenity Card fee $112 plus tax.

Perfect location

Great clean property close to the beach and you can see if from the main living area and 2 bedrooms. Would stay here again. Kitchen fully equipped with more than you needed, It was a pleasure!!

Wonderful!

The townhouse & beach were beautiful as described. The townhouse was very clean & the beach private. We had a wonderful stay & would book again. The only items missing from the kitchen were a can opener and cookie sheets.

Wonderful time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful beach front home

We enjoyed the clean, spacious town home. The beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and body boards were a bit with our kids. Neighborhood is quiet and the beach is lovely.

Family Vacation with Children and Grandchildren

The property was at great location for a family vacation with children and grandchildren. Temperature of ocean was too cold for swimming and the pool was not heated for swimming. The area was nice shopping. This area had parks for grandchildren to enjoy.

Great location, well equipped for comfortable family stay. The whole place was roomy and spacious. Easy access to the beach and to pool. Especially appreciated all the beach chairs, beach wagon, noodles and beach toys available for our use. Would recommend providing wash cloths for the bathrooms to complement the bath towels and hand towels. Also, a map of the development and the area surrounding it (Ritz Carlton, Beach Club of Amelia Island, etc.) would be helpful. Also more instruction on which remotes to use to watch TV. We’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay

The view was spectacular and relaxing. The layout was efficient and practical. Pool was very enjoyable. Thank you for stocking the kitchen with all the needed items, the living room with games and puzzles, and the garage with Beach chairs, toys…. Getting to stay at 5032 Outrigger helped make for a cherished week with family.

Nice and Quiet

This property was very nice. It was clean and well appointed. The onsite property was very clean and quiet. The beach area was not congested. The property management team was extremely helpful. If we have the opportunity to do so again, we will gladly stay here.

Great stay!

The place is beautiful! Right on the ocean with a wonderful balcony and back porch! All of the beds were comfortable and so was all of the furniture! The management company was very responsive when I had a broken toaster and very friendly! I truly felt welcomed staying here and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay! There were also two refrigerators… Which was awesome - And the air conditioner worked wonderfully!

Comfortable Beach Vacation Home

The home and location were perfect for our extended family. The host provides everything that is needed from coffee and kitchen amenities to all the beach chairs and supplies. We really wanted for nothing which made our stay a pleasure. The home is comfortably appointed with plenty of space for all. We especially enjoyed the Outdoor patio and balconies. The location cannot be beat with easy access to the beach and a short drive to any location on the island. I recommend this home for your stay. We will be back!

Amelia vacation - Outrigger condo

The condo is lovely and well furnished including all our needs - beach equipment, bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies. The walk to the beach was too much for this 83 year old - too many steps and a very steep and tall sand dune to conquer. After first time out, I drove to parking next door (which I was probably not supposed to do!) and walked out the ramp and over a smaller sand dune path.
