The house itself was nice except the 3rd bedroom was actually in a separate unit not accessible within the house. It wasn’t an issue for us but could be for some other families. The Knutson rental company in charge of bookings was a let down. We had booked in August and almost 3 months later they charged my credit card for another 200 saying housekeeping had changed. We stayed over Christmas. After arriving and doing 1 and a half loads of laundry the washer broke. I notified Knutson early on Christmas Eve but rather than swapping the washer out with a new one they spent the entire day sending an associate to verify it was broke and we didn’t receive a replacement till that Friday. I asked for clean towels and wash clothes due to the issue but none were delivered. We had a lounge chair at the pool rusted out on the back support and was not usable. They took pictures but never brought a new one so we only had 2 lounge chairs and cheap plastic sitting chairs for the pool. Cheap rugs in kitchen that actually slid under me while cooking causing a fall. We asked for a late check out which they said was sometimes allowed. They said no we had to be out at 11 because new guests were arriving. We didn’t fly out till 10pm so we happened to drive by several times up till 5pm and no housekeeping or guests ever arrived. They asked not to give negative feedback online and to contact them directly with any complaints which I did…..crickets. No reply and it’s been almost a week
